As the Director of Engineering for Content Management, you will lead our engineering organization and platform in the Digital Asset Management space. You will enable and inspire a diverse and talented team tackling projects that bring content experiences to the forefront of collaborative work management. You Have:

  • 11+ years of combined system architecture experience across multiple OSes, languages and frameworks.
  • 4+ years microservice or SOA based web application development
  • 3+ years managing software organizations > 20 people or equivalent experience.
  • Experience growing managers and leaders to help scale the organizations impact
  • Experience with cloud technologies and cloud native tooling
  • Experience with NoSQL DBs, Relational DBs, Object Store architectures across globally replicated cloud instances
  • Experience building autoscaling distributed systems
  • Your skills are language, framework and toolset agnostic, having worked in at least 3 languages or paradigms, or equivalent experience.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and problem solving.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience

The Role:

The Clinical Program Management Lead works cross functionally to deliver clinical programs and associated outcomes across Carrot’s journeys, which span family forming (pregnancy, fertility, surrogacy/adoption) and hormonal health. This role will develop and guide the planning and execution of clinical programs at Carrot to deliver on OKRs, clinical outcomes and address member and customer needs for both existing and new journeys. This is a highly cross-functional role, working with our clinical, product, global operations, customer success, marketing and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the development, launch, measurement and refinement of clinical interventions for assigned programs, using evidence based research, member needs, customer goals and user feedback, by working with and guiding a highly cross functional team.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and keep up to date on product changes as well as collaborate closely with operations to ensure detailed execution.
  • Lead through influence and ensure strong cross functional alignment on each clinical program’s purpose, objectives, and expected business and clinical outcomes.
  • Lead development of new clinical programs and the expansion of existing clinical programs with a focus on patient centered design and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians to establish a synergistic dyad for optimal outcomes.
  • Identify stakeholder engagement strategies, technology advances and other opportunities to drive differentiation and support growth.
  • Provide regular updates on program progress, challenges, and achievements to steering committees.
  • Strive for cost effective member journeys without compromising journey quality or member outcomes.
  • Ensure clinical programs are compliant with appropriate legal and regulatory requirements.

The Team:

This role reports to the Director, Clinical Program Management. The Global Program Management team is a critical part of the Global Solutions team at Carrot and consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise in clinical program management, localization and program management of strategic capabilities. The program management team is passionate about continuous learning and education using a patient-centered approach. All interventions and any support provided to Carrot members follows a clinical evidence-based approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience; 2+ years of experience in clinical program development or operations at a provider organization, digital health or health plan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
  • Healthcare consulting experience
  • Value based care experience
  • Advanced communications, structured problem solving, change management and collaboration skills.
  • Well-developed organization and project management skills; experience prioritizing between long-term, strategic programs and ad hoc, urgent requests.
  • Strong executive presence, mastery in developing slides, and able to effectively influence team members at all levels of the organization; believes in frequent communication and transparency.

We are seeking a Manager to lead every aspect of payments partnerships and related tasks across the partner life cycle including payment partnership deals implementation, partner on-boarding and off-boarding, partner performance management, partner incident management, partner centric BAU and ad-hoc operational or product issues across global payments within assigned the verticals of Pay-ins and Networks.

A Typical Day:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global payments (Card Networks, Acquirers, Processors, Payment Methods);
  • Participate in the evolution of growing and scaling Airbnbs Payments to serve global markets
  • Build strong relationships with, and align cross-functional stakeholders across Payments, Finance, Treasury, and other cross-functional areas in relation to region-led payments initiatives to build consensus and drive decision making at the payments leadership level
  • Analyze and understand Airbnb’s total cost of payments including the composition of costs. Lead payment auth improvement and performance initiatives across various Airbnb markets
  • Develop strategies to drive strategic outcomes with partners within the payments ecosystem (banks, networks, processors, fintechs etc) to support processing needs, drive user acquisition and new bookings, and lower payments processing costs

Your Expertise:

  • 7+ years of experience in Payments Industry with specific focus on partnerships, product or consulting
  • Experience in integrating large scale processing platforms and global payment methods
  • Knowledge of card and non-card payments ecosystem
  • Proven analytical skills, particularly in the realm of payments cost drivers and approval optimization
  • History of interacting with stakeholders across the payments value chain, including issuers, acquirers, networks, fraud and risk management providers
  • Comfortable driving partner discussions and negotiations to drive payments economics and product performance
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex details simply
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills, and highly analytical, but also comfortable with ambiguity
