About the Role

Swoogo is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Director, Product Marketing to play a key role in generating and learning from customer insights to inform our go-to-market strategy for new products and ideate (and execute on) campaigns that drive existing product adoption and growth. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.

Every day will look a little different, but in general, you will do things like:

  • Grow and manage a team of marketing professionals, creating a new vertical with you at the helm
  • Define and drive GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, asset creation, and full-funnel launch plans for both new and existing Swoogo products and features
  • Conduct market and buyer research to inform go-to-market planning and messaging strategy, as well as providing market insights for sales and post sales teams to use in prospect and customer conversations
  • Responsible for creating comprehensive playbooks that provides sales with the tools, content, and guidance to effectively communicate the value of the product
  • Develop a dynamic product-focused content strategy that seamlessly integrates a range of formats, such as blog posts, webinars, videos, and case studies
  • Partner with the VP of Product and product managers to track product releases and project manage timely go-to-market execution
  • Partner with the SVP of Customer Experience to integrate product messaging into content output for external and internal audiences
  • Plan and implement compelling communication initiatives centered on Swoogo’s partner ecosystem, demonstrating its alignment with our overarching product strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive events strategy

What You’ve Done Before

  • 7+ Years in Product/Partner Marketing Role(s). Other relevant experience may be considered
  • 5+ Year(s) in a B2B SaaS organization
  • Experience managing and mentoring a close-knit team of talented professionals who are focused on Swoogo customers and overall event strategy
  • Excellent, B2B focused content portfolio
  • Strong understanding of how developers talk and think, with the ability to translate that information into compelling stories for marketing release
  • The ability to quickly grasp how software products work. Fluent in technical language and systems

Role Description:

As a Product Manager on the Global Products team, you will run the development and rollout of ShipBob’s new product catalog, enabling merchants of all sizes to seamlessly manage their products within our merchant dashboard and systems. You will build features for merchants to customize their product catalog and gain real-time insights into inventory across various ecommerce channels, allowing them to optimize and supercharge their fulfillment.

Over the next 6 months, you will also head up the migration of our most complex merchants from our legacy product catalog to the new product catalog.

What you’ll do:

  • Run the development and rollout of ShipBob’s new product catalog.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Product Operations, Sales and other cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Help identify key initiatives to accelerate the product and break down initiatives into incremental releases that deliver business value.

This role will be working with the Lead Conversational Designer and broader team to conceptualize conversational design and opportunities to improve the student journey. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
