We’re looking for an experienced Account Director (SEO + Content) who will be responsible for defining and executing a best-in-class growth strategy for our top-tier partners. Your primary responsibility will be to gain a deep understanding of our partners’ businesses in order to drive key business results via process-driven SEO, content strategy, mobile app growth, and conversion optimization. In this role, you will own critical strategic initiatives for high-growth tech companies. This role requires you to be resourceful, creative, and persistent to make growth marketing a successful strategic initiative for partners. This is a fully remote work opportunity.

What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively on complex, large-scale, time-critical projects

  • SEO + Content: At least 3+ years of agency or in-house experience with technical SEO and content strategy. General experience and awareness of the digital marketing space, including paid search, SEO, social, some digital marketing strategies, etc. Programmatic SEO is a huge plus!
  • Data Analysis: Exceptional data analysis skills (you are the go-to spreadsheet person on your team)
  • Product: Excellent product sense and come solve challenging problems with simple elegant product solutions
  • Web & App: Strong understanding of how the web and native app ecosystems work
  • Tools: Experience working with a number of data and product tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Data Studio, Amplitude, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Asana, Jira, etc.)

  • Act as a design mentor, leader, and evangelist within the Brand & Marketing teams, and across the organization

  • 8+ years of experience managing software engineers, specifically as part of an agile development environment.
  • Experience leading multiple engineering teams (Previous Dungeon Master experience preferred.)
  • Experience with OO programming in C# or Java, MVC web applications (ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS and Bootstrap).
  • Experience with relational and non-relational data (SQL and SQL Server as well).
  • Experience in other Agile practices such as Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, Crystal, FDD and others.
