About the role and what you’ll be doing:
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling visuals that drive results across all marketing channels. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping Ensono’s visual identity, translating complex ideas into captivating designs that resonate with audiences and achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce professional and polished graphic materials that align with the company’s brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy.
- Manage the creative service desk, ensuring effective and efficient handling of design requests from various departments including sales, delivery, and executive leadership.
- Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Utilize the latest AI design tools and technology to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and optimize design processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create bold print and digital publications, demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Design compelling graphics and visual materials for events, including flyers, booth designs, and other promotional materials to enhance corporate presence at tradeshows and conferences.
- Refine and enhance existing PowerPoint presentations, elevating the visual narrative with a meticulous eye for detail and design aesthetics, while also creating custom graphics and templates that align with company branding and communication objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual materials for both print and digital campaigns, including dynamic digital ads, promotional materials, and social media content.
- Develop and oversee the production of animated videos, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative, and apply AI-based video editing tools to expedite the production process.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction not only to junior designers but also to campaign managers and content creators, enabling them to draft basic design concepts and effectively communicate their ideas.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other team members.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends and techniques, with a particular focus on AI and machine learning advancements that can propel the design field forward.
- Work closely with external agencies, printers, and various vendors to ensure deadlines are met and material is of high quality, coordinating with AI-powered project management tools when applicable.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of internal design processes, standards, and brand guidelines, integrating AI where appropriate to enhance design consistency and brand alignment.
- Regularly report on project status to upper management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional design experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Expert-level with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience with Animaker or similar animation software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including both print and digital mediums.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in graphic design with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As a Product Designer, you are an integral part of our product team, tackling complex problems through the practice of human-centered design. The Role:
We’re looking for a Tech Lead – Casting Tools at Backstage to lead a team of software engineers and be responsible for the delivery of high-quality software products. Our backend web team consists of eight engineers, and includes mid and senior level engineers, tech leads, and an engineering manager. This team is a part of Backstage’s larger product and engineering department, which numbers approximately thirty high-performance engineers, designers, product managers, analysts, and quality assurance resources. We value curiosity, trust, and impact, and we foster a culture of constant learning and improvement where teammates work together to accomplish user-focused initiatives. Our process is a modified Kanban process with the goal of delivering incremental value to the customer. Products are workshopped and then broken into milestones, with estimates driven by engineers, not managers. In Days 30 60, your focus will shift to the research and design of product initiatives and take on a user research backlog item. You will work with internal stakeholders on initial discovery then work closely with the Director of User Experience to plan and run your first user research session to understand user needs, pain points, and whether your proposed solution will solve their problems. You will engage with Product Managers to groom user stories, user flows, and high-fidelity concepts.
In Days 60 90, you will continue to refine and finalize concepts. You will update any current UX artifacts including user personas or competitive matrices based on your research findings. You will begin working on stories for other parts of the application and get more familiar with more teams. You will engage with two different development teams and Product Managers to groom user stories. You will assist development during regular scrum ceremonies by providing quick solutions to unblock their work. You will work with the Director of User Experience to start defining your career goals and path at Unanet.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience designing enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Direct experience across a range of intermediate design approaches and methodologies, from workshop facilitation, journey mapping, persona development, and similar activities.
- A proven track record of delivering simple, intuitive experiences for complex, data-heavy user problems and delivering strategic business value across multiple product channels.
