As our Learning Systems Manager, you will be responsible for administering, supporting, and continuously improving the Sales Enablement Learning and Content Management Systems to support effective enablement initiatives. You will execute and strategize on content standards and system procedures in collaboration with the Sales Enablement team and leadership.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of learning technology. The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing learning content, audio/video content, and graphics. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and management of Content/Learning Systems; including user support, troubleshooting, and system updates
  • Interfaces with vendors to resolve issues, serving as liaison between PagerDuty and vendor on awareness/communication regarding vendor roadmaps, features and customer success stories.
  • Strategize, develop, and execute content standards for Learning Systems
  • Load, configure, and update content, structure, and assets into Learning Systems
  • Develop and maintain a systems governance framework
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement team and content contributors to ensure that sales teams have access to the most accurate, up-to-date, and on-brand content
  • Facilitate content organization/taxonomy/workflow
  • Generate and analyze reports to track user progress, completion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Create custom reporting dashboards to share with the business.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize training programs and enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives
  • Assist in the development of learning content, including developing topic hubs in Seismic, training videos, graphics, and others as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • 5 years of experience with Content/Learning Management Systems (Seismic, MindTickle, Highspot, etc.)
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and strong relationship building skills
  • High adaptability in flexibility, including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, quick deadlines, and constant change
  • Proven experience in organization and project management within the context of educational initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and align with company/team goals.
  • Proficiency using Google suite
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with value selling and associated skills along with sales methodology is a plus (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Winning by Design, Challenger, Sandler,
  • BANT, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Microsoft BI, etc.
  • Sales Enablement experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using learning technologies with an innovative design approach that is not constrained by what tools and technology are available today
  • Experienced in creating learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Absorb, Canva/Adobe, and Camtasia.
  • Understanding of design principles, how to avoid cognitive load, and how to make content quickly consumable for Sales
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana and Monday.com
  • SaaS experience
  • Relevant certifications in LMS administration are a plus

As a KYC Implementation Manager, youll be a trusted advisor to our clients as they onboard and build out their Know Your Customer (KYC) / identity verification workflows. Each client has unique risk and identity verification standards – you will be providing technical and operational guidance to help them effectively leverage our platform to detect, fight, and mitigate fraud.

You will work closely with the Implementations, Account Management, and Risk teams to build out client verification workflows that streamline the client onboarding experience and minimize risk exposure for our clients. Additionally, you will work with MANTLs product team to suggest improvements in the products to help clients achieve higher automated verification rates and lower fraud losses.

You should be comfortable managing client-facing communication across mature organizations and interfacing with executives, project leads, and operational teams while acting as a customer advocate internally.

About You:

  • 4-5 years in a tech industry client-facing role where you have taken on the role of manager or consultant, guiding the customer through best practices and key change management decisions
  • Technical aptitude to learn quickly, rapidly build product knowledge, and to build configurations; an understanding of web applications (e.g. json, xml, etc) and web services API’s (e.g. SOAP, REST, etc.)
  • You are hyper-organized with the ability to intelligently prioritize multiple competing projects and multiple streams of internal and external communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing, with an ability to translate technical requirements into language that is understandable to different audiences
  • A passion for problem-solving, with a strong ability to recognize flawed processes or repeated issues and build scalable solutions
  • Experience creating cross-team processes and documentation

The Role:

This is a proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven role that requires a high level of initiative, accuracy, and collaboration. You will work in close collaboration with the Web, Creative, and Marketing teams to manage website operations for the Mando brand. You will analyze, ideate and execute improvements to site conversion (CVR), average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV) through merchandising, upsell and cross-sell, subscription, and content initiatives. You will always keep the consumer in focus while pushing the envelope of what is possible to improve e-commerce performance and user experience.

Your Day to Day:

  • Ideate, manage, & identify opportunities to optimize important website features, including subscriptions, upsells/cross-sells and incentive/referral/loyalty programs.
  • Build business cases and user-tests to identify opportunities to improve site CVR, subscription CVR, AOV and LTV.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze product performance metrics in partnership with internal stakeholders and use this data to improve existing features and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead the planning, documentation, and cross-functional alignment for new product launches, web campaigns, and other projects
  • Create tickets for the development team related to your projects (ex. image updates, copy updates, product launches, new features, feature improvements)
  • Brief needs to the Creative Team for imagery, content, and promotional assets
  • Manage product catalogs and marketplaces for Mando
  • Perform regular site audits for content accuracy and consistency
  • Own all content refreshes on-site for homepage, collections, PDPs, blog, etc.

Who You Are:
