The Role

As our marketing footprint grows, we have an ever-expanding set of campaigns, assets, webpages, and other marketing collateral that needs timely support to be created. The Marketing Designer role will specifically focus on FlockSafety.com; manage the product photography library to ensure we always have the latest items to support campaigns; create long-form content; create marketing campaign assets; support a video component library; and any other marketing support needs that may arise in support of the business. By adding a Marketing Designer to the team, well be prepared to best support all requests that flow through to the Brand, Content and Design team from across the organization.

The Skillset

  • 5+ years of visual design experience
  • Advanced Webflow design experience
  • Expert-level experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert-level experience in Figma
  • A compelling portfolio of relevant design work across websites, branded content, digital marketing campaigns, product photography, and content marketing
  • A strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, design thinking, and how this correlates to brand and content strategy
  • Experience in animation or motion graphics is a plus but not required
  • A high-level of comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment

Role/Team Description

As a Senior Android Engineer at Podium, you’ll play a vital role in our close-knit, agile Android team, driving the evolution of our app. You’ll join a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continual growth. What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications with a focus on VoIP functionality.

  • Implement and optimize VoIP features, ensuring seamless and reliable communication.
  • Utilize Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to create elegant and efficient user interfaces.

What you should have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Android application development on a VoIP product
  • Experience with VoIP platforms like NetSapiens, OpenSIPS, Asterisk, or Kamailio.
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues related to VoIP, video, and telephony platforms.
  • Experience troubleshooting telecommunications networks, VoIP, SIP, RTP, RTCP, parsing call records, sip traces, MOS Score, jitter, and delay is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern UIs.
  • Extensive knowledge of Android SDK, architecture components, and best practices.
  • Experience with audio and video processing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, particularly in the context of real-time communication.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on model design and optimization, and a proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments, serving real applications. As a key member of our AI team, you will play a pivotal role in improving the performance, cost efficiency, and scalability of our machine-learning models delivering generative audio capabilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Model optimization: work closely with our Applied Researchers, Machine Learning Engineers and platform engineers to propose, design and implement model optimization strategies, tailored to specific use cases, resource constraints and deployment scenarios.
  • Model Analysis and Profiling: conduct thorough analysis and profiling of machine learning models to identify computational bottlenecks and resource-intensive operations.
  • Model quantization and compression: implement quantization and compression techniques to reduce the memory footprint and computational requirements of machine learning models with minimum impact on accuracy. Experiment with different quantization methods to achieve optimal trade-offs between model size, inference latency, cost and accuracy.
  • Performance Benchmarking and Evaluation: design rigorous experiments to benchmark the performance of optimized models across various optimization settings and inference scenarios. Evaluate the impact of optimization techniques on inference, memory usage, power consumption, and other relevant metrics.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: document optimization procedures, best practices, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain reproducibility. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on model optimization techniques and tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience designing, training and deploying machine learning models in production environments, powering real applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or CUDA. Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with model optimization techniques, including quantization, pruning, and distillation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

The Senior Project Managers at ATTN: will contribute to the success of several Branded Partnership and Agency projects. Sr. PMs will drive all project workstreams to successful delivery, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned every step of the way.

Our Sr. PMs are critical thinkers who employ a deep sense of ownership across any project they work on. They lead in close partnership with their Client Services counterparts, and always prioritize the needs of their teams. They think two steps ahead, provide effective guidance for the PMs they oversee, and keep calm under pressure.

What youll do:

  • Manage day-to-day project status of key projects with minimal oversight and communicate daily priorities and next steps to team members, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Champion process and smooth workflows, ensuring that every team member is clear on their responsibilities and where/when/how to fulfill them
  • Own the incorporation of ATTN: systems (Asana, Google Drive, Smartsheet, etc) to all projects, ensuring all information is captured appropriately across systems
  • Collaborate with members of the internal account, strategy, creative, production, and sales teams
  • Track all assets and deliverables, managing an always-up-to-date folder structure for delivery
  • Develop seamless QC processes and ensure implementation across all specs from social to robust 360 campaigns
  • Schedule internal meetings, taking detailed notes, outlining actionable next steps, and working nimbly to find solutions as needed
  • Develop both internal and client-facing timelines and internal schedules, ensuring both internal and external parties are meeting all deadlines
  • Juggle multiple projects and support more senior PM’s on larger projects
  • Work independently, anticipating problems/risks and solving them both internally and with clients
  • Pull burn reports and partner with Client Services lead to outline associated commentary and action items

Who you are:

  • minimum of 5 years of project management experience, driving forward 360 campaigns
  • Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Harvest, Smartsheet etc.) and MS Office/Google Suite (Sheets, Excel, Slides, etc)
  • Comfortable in client-facing settings, able to present timelines, milestones, and associated caveats
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and problem-solve
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in-person, via email, and on video calls
  • Working knowledge of all phases of video/photo and design production and post-production, and ability to partner closely with producers to execute
  • High level of dedication and a relentlessly positive personality
