Full-time $100,000.00 – $145,000.00
Position Overview:We are looking for a Remote Construction Project Manager Heavy Civil, Travel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project management, water tank, metal, and heavy construction preconstruction. This individual will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules, track progress, and adjust as needed.
- Create and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project activities and document changes, delays, or problems.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to contractors and subcontractors.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Manage multiple remote construction projects simultaneously.
- Travel as needed to job sites for project inspections and meetings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and best practices.
- Experience with water tank, metal, and heavy construction preconstruction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
- Relevant certifications and/or technical degrees are preferred.
