Job Summary

The Ad Council’s Media Team is looking for a Manager, Media Engagement who will play a key role in supporting the Media Strategy & Engagement Center of Excellence (CoE) and secure targeted exposure for the Ad Council’s social impact campaigns, including, but not limited to the ideation, execution, and evaluation of strategic media partnerships. The Ad Council is seeking applicants who are passionate about building new relationships with media companies, cultivating existing ones, and exploring innovative ways to work with all partners to deliver maximum impact that will benefit the Ad Council’s social issue campaigns.

The compensation for this position is within the range of $70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience level). The compensation package also includes an annual incentive, comprehensive benefit offerings, and generous paid time off.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist the Media Strategy & Engagement Center of Excellence in prospecting new business and opportunities with a focus on growth areas such as streaming audio, OTT, new video platforms, gaming companies, retail media networks, and diverse-owned outlets.
  • Support Media Strategy & Engagement CoE team lead(s) as necessary in bringing to life 360 degree media partnerships and executing ongoing donated media with the Ad Council’s most impactful and pivotal media accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities on an assigned list of media accounts, such as ongoing securing, tracking, optimization, and evaluation of donated media support.
  • Ideate, implement, and measure impact of content partnerships and donated media that ladder back to partner’s social good priorities.
  • Drive opportunities with assigned accounts to help support the Ad Council’s programmatic advertising strategy.
  • Create engagement strategy for assigned media partner accounts, provide strategic guidance on quarterly planning, and manage outreach and implementation.
  • Develop, grow, and manage senior level contacts at assigned media companies.
  • Identify and pitch strategic opportunities in diverse and multicultural media spaces.
  • Attend industry events (e.g. conferences, trainings, etc.) and share key learnings with the broader Media Center of Excellence.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal and external teams to concept, execute and manage partnerships that maximize social good impact and drive campaign core KPIs.
  • Keep a pulse on the cutting edge of media and advertising technologies and proactively identify opportunities for Ad Council campaigns to test, engage, and scale across the media landscape.
  • Participate in task forces to learn and advise on best practices for key areas of growth within the industry
  • Support the training and development of team members as needed, such as summer interns and new hires within the Media department
  • Complete administrative tasks such as updating Salesforce, tracking donated media support in internal measurement platform, and filling out timesheets on a consistent basis.

Position Overview

We are looking to expand our real estate education marketing team by adding a B2B Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns designed to drive new business and build relationships with our customers!

The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B marketer with a track record of driving profitable growth through online and offline channels(preferably in a B2b / B2B2C business), including direct marketing, email, content marketing, and social media. They will work closely with our digital and content marketing teams as well as our cross-functional business team and be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

The Paid Media Director will be responsible for managing search, paid social, display and related digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue and awareness to Colibri Group properties. What You’ll Do
