Position Overview:
The Paid Media Director will be responsible for managing search, paid social, display and related digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue and awareness to Colibri Group properties. This position will provide strategic recommendations and strategy to help guide optimizations based upon transaction data, customer and prospect insights, and an understanding of each business unit’s objectives. This is a key role based in our St. Louis, MO office, or remote.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & grow the paid media team. Be a skill multiplier for knowledge tasks as well as management and oversight training across all paid channels.
- Act as an organizational subject matter expert for paid media channels.
- Lead strategic direction of paid search, social and display marketing channels across multiple business units.
- Manage agency relationship among several internal business units.
- Own and ensure proper resourcing and level of service across Colibri.
- Develop and own operational efficiencies to drive value throughout the organization.
- Assist teams in growing revenue while managing performance toward established KPIs. Ensure teams are tracking, reporting, and analyzing campaign performance and translating results into business recommendations / insights.
- Partner with various internal teams to align on business objectives, driving revenue through paid media channels.
- Assist with on-boarding of acquisitions and mergers, optimizing or creating new paid media strategies/campaigns as well as corresponding with new employees.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- At least 6-9 years of experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Experience managing a performance marketing team preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- Demonstrable experience with media platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of marketing KPIs, such as ROAS, Marketing ROI, CPA, CPL, LTV
- Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
- Strong, proactive communication skills; demonstrable experience presenting recommendations to stakeholders
- Self-directed with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally; strong organizational and time-management skills a must
