About the role
The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst will be instrumental in driving accurate reporting, implementing Business Intelligence solutions, and ensuring optimal Salesforce functionality. With a focus on data, this role supports informed decision-making, enhances operational efficiency, and contributes significantly to the overall success of our organization.
You will report to the Vice President of Business Operations.
You will:
- Be responsible for delivering accurate reporting, covering various aspects from pipeline and customer lifecycle metrics to MQLs, ROI, close rates, renewal rates, and other relevant KPIs
- Helpdriveand execute the implementation of a Business Intelligence tool, partnering cross-functionally to gather requirements, conduct trainings, and provide long-term oversight of the tool
- Be the primary contact for Salesforce (SFDC) and handle any related requests as well as taking charge of SFDC maintenance to ensure the platform is up-to-date
- Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Oversee existing and implement new Salesforce integrations and setups, including those with tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot
- Design and implement SFDC automations and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, particularly targeting manual processes
- Maintaincontractlanguage, pricebooks, rate cards, and discounting, leveraging SFDC and Conga (integrated with SFDC) for streamlined processes
- Own data governance, emphasizing cleanliness and accuracy within our systems
You have:
- SFDC admin certification or 3+ years of experience with SFDC backend actively supporting tool administration at a marketing or advertising technology company
- Proficiency with object management, workflow/process builder, and setting up validation rules
- Built Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Experience using SQL to extract, analyze and manipulate data
- High proficiency performing analysis in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally, with the skill to translate business needs into effective technical solutions

You will provide first level support for PC’s/Laptops, Tablets, Video Conferencing Hardware, as well as printers for our Corporate Remote workers. Daily tasks involve the troubleshooting of problems, setting up new accounts, adjusting permissions on a variety of applications, setup of new systems, decommissioning of old equipment, various other tasks to support our rapid growth, as well as some project work.
