As a Marketing Program Manager you’ll be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy and quarterly execution plans for your respective programs and acting as the conductor orchestrating across teams to develop and execute high-impact, integrated demand generation programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
In this role, you will have responsibility for program strategy, working hand-in-hand with the Product, Digital, and Brand teams to produce narratives (messaging & positioning) for our key audiences across Education and Workplace that surface in our campaign advertisements & digital marketing, content, event engagements, partner toolkits, and other related assets, and plan for how those messages will reach target audiences on appropriate marketing channels (i.e., email, social, online, direct, events).
To execute on plans, you’ll coordinate with Field Marketing and Channel Marketing teams to build consensus, conceptualize, and implement a global marketing strategy integrated across marketing channels to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and interaction with the brand and products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build deep understanding of Promethean’s products to understand unique business insights and opportunities for positioning our products to target audiences and determining how best to reach target audiences.
- Execute strategic marketing plans that leverage data, analytics, and segmentation to identify opportunities and insights that improve performance and deliver on objectives.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented focusing on continuous improvement through careful analysis of dashboards.
- Manage GTM activities for Marketing around new product launches, working cross-functionally to align marketing plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain and communicate a roadmap and calendar of events, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Manage paid media opportunities as part of the marketing plan mix.
- Work closely with content and design teams to prominently promote our product offerings on the Promethean website.
- Maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the audience receiving them.
- Ensure all programs are linked to salesforce.com campaigns to ensure accurate ROI tracking.
- Report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, partnering with marketing & sales operations teams to analyze results and identify areas to continuously improve.
- Produce a marketing program postmortem following completion of each marketing program.

Job Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing program management/field marketing and product marketing background is a plus.
- Experience carrying out cross-functional marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.
- Understanding of AI solutions and SaaS products is a plus.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing programs.
- Aptitude to use data to optimize program performance and inform future strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to support time-sensitive requirements and tight deadlines.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient with PC and collaboration applications, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Power user of CRM software (Salesforce + Pardot preferred).
- Experience with Asana, Microsoft Project, or other application designed to help teams organize, track, and manage their work.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%of time

We are seeking qualified candidates to develop custom microwave, mixed-signal, and photonic IC solutions, for our next generation broadband multi-function DoD systems in RF/EW, EOIR, and Cyber domains. The ideal candidate for this position is expected to provide novel technical contribution to research and development projects, and contribute individually to teams executing custom integrated circuit R&D activities tangential to their specific expertise. The candidate will be required to drive the entire research cycle, from concept to execution to test, for subsets of larger programs or as the Principal Investigator (PI) on smaller activities, including identifying and coordinating resource needs apart from themselves. Additionally, the candidate is expected to apply their technical expertise in support of new research program creation through customer engagement and proposal writing.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience executing projects in state-of-the art technology associated with microwave / mixed-signal / photonic IC architecting, design implementation, and EDA tool flows.
- Track record of technical innovation as evidenced by journal and conference publications or patent filings.
- Knowledge of integrated circuit/ASIC design from concept through layout and tapeout, with experience in any of the following areas:
- Multi-disciplinary (microwave design, mixed-signal design, photonic design, system theory, signal processing)
- EDA design and simulation tool experience (Cadence, Virtuoso, EMX, HFSS, Lumerical, Simulink, SystemVue, etc)
