The Sage Groups client, the leading food delivery service and more is searching for acontractMarketing Manager focused on retention of specific audiences.

  • This marketer will help build the retention marketing strategy and plan for the Underserved Audiences workstream, with a goal to unlock the next wave of New Cx growth by understanding, acquiring, and building value for consumers who don’t use our platform today.
  • They will be responsible for launching various owned channel tests (email, push, in app) including implementation and tracking, while communicating relevant updates and plans within marketing (Insights, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, and CRM) and outside of marketing (Strategy & Operations, Finance, Product, and Analytics)

  • Build/launch complex lifecycle programs across CRM and in-app channels
  • Monitor/report on launched tests and existing lifecycle programs
  • Work with cross-functional partners to optimize existing programs
  • Support external business requests as it pertains to the New Cx cohort
  • Build test frameworks for budgeting, campaign tracking, and goal forecasting
  • Communicate with these cross-functional partners on the status and progress of initiatives, how the team is tracking towards goals, and proactively identify and flag risks to leadership as well as mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure communication of priorities, projects, and results to leadership and the larger team; develops the communication framework and cadence to keep all stakeholders informed, at the right time and place.

You have…

  • 3-5 years Consumer focused experience in customer retention, email, or growth
  • Deep experience with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
  • Experience working with internal testing platforms
  • Prior experience with Braze or similar solutions (i.e. Iterable or Marketo) is required and previous subscription platform exposure is a big plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management experience, including building campaign calendars/trackers, setting DRIs, and following up relentlessly to hit deadlines
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias to action.
  • Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an intuition-driven bias to action.

The Role:

The Principal Researcher will be the primary person driving Gametimes research and insights work. Your focus will be on strategic insights about Gametimes ticket sellers and fans. Reporting directly to the CEO, your primary role will be to uncover deep insights that directly impact everything from company strategy to detailed product design decisions. As Gametimes first dedicated researcher, the role will require a unique combination of scientific rigor, product thinking, and relationship building.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead cutting-edge, multi-method research to collect and translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform and inspire company strategy, product development and design, marketing strategies and more.
  • Employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather insights that drive decision-making.
  • Work effectively at every time scale – from quick coffee shop and unmoderated studies to in-depth, longer-term foundational projects.
  • Constantly innovate and implement best-in-class methodologies to stay at the forefront of research.
  • Collaborate closely with Gametime executives, as well as the companys product, design, marketing, and supply teams to prioritize and execute on key research initiatives.
  • Synthesize complex research findings into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in UX or design research, with a track record of impactful project leadership.
  • Experience leading collaborative projects with other researchers and multi-disciplinary partners.
  • Deep expertise in qualitative research methods, as well as fluency across the full range of qualitative and quantitative methods and tools. Demonstrated knowledge of when and how to apply methods for maximum impact, and the ability to bring rigor to every research project.
  • Experience leading research on consumer and marketplace products and services.
  • Exceptional research communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively for any audience, ability to adapt research communication to many channels and audiences.

Summary:

The Sr. Data Governance Analyst (Mortgage Servicing Specialist) is a high visibility position within Freedom Mortgages Data Governance organization and is responsible for supporting the enterprise-wide Servicing data governance program. This position requires a solid background in Mortgage Servicing operations as wells strong understanding of data governance policies, standards and processes. The position will work directly with the Servicing business leads and subject matter experts, organizational data stewards, business users, Data Management team members and IT support staff. The primary objective of this position to drive the adoption and ongoing implementation of data governance policies and best practices across the Servicing organization and related Servicing data activities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Freedoms Servicing organization to ensure all data and reporting meets Freedoms strict Data Governance organizational standards.
  • Engage Servicing data owners and stewards, business users, and the data management team to ensure Data Governance and Quality processes are implemented and managed, including updating and maintaining documentation, identifying and documenting critical data elements, preparing and managing business and technical metadata, defining data quality thresholds, and the identifying and triaging data integrity issues.
  • Responsible for the administration of data governance and quality software, maintaining a corporate data dictionary, ensuring data quality standards are met.
  • Organizes, coordinates and assists cross-functional teams in planning, development, and execution of Data Governance oriented business processes at the operational level.
  • Measure progress against data definition and quality performance targets, following up with business representatives as necessary.
  • Maintain data governance processes and controls by working with project and business leaders to analyze the impact of future changes on critical data and mitigate any potential risks to data quality.
