Base Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Defines customer engagement strategy across all subscribers, products, and channels.
  • Establishes and communicates priorities, sets performance objectives, provides direction, and holds staff accountable to commitments.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for both print and digital subscriber retention.
  • Leverage customer segmentation, insights, and research to develop strategies that will increase engagement and retention of all existing and future subscribers.
  • Request, collect, and analyze data from multiple sources and create and maintain dashboards that measure performance.
  • Independently manage ad-hoc requests negotiate scope, set expectations, define requirements, and manage tasks to completion.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with acquisition, content, sales, analytics, product, and customer service teams.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize expenses and resources.
  • Manages test and learn the strategy and defines a road map to implement changes from key learnings.
  • Translating customer insights into dynamic, personalized customer journeys
  • Collaborate with agencies and other external partners.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to further enhance a culture of data-driven decision-making and adoption of best practices.
  • Ensure the highest level of clear and timely communication with the team, key stakeholders, and other members within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ten (10) years of digital marketing experience
  • Minimum six (6) years managing a team.
  • Five (5) years of experience overseeing digital engagement, subscriptions, and/or subscriber retention.
  • Highly analytical, experience working in or closely with data analytics teams.
  • Experience working within marketing technology: CDP, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) Tableau.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for improving our website’s visibility, driving organic traffic, and increasing lead generation to support revenue growth for Talkdesks offerings.
