What’s the opportunity?
Our Implementation team is responsible for creating the best customer experience through onboarding, educating, and growing our customers on a global level. We start to work the moment a customer decides they want to use Multiplier, sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product.
What you’ll do:
- Build trusted relationships with our customers through consultative solutioning, ensuring that our customers achieve their talent and business objectives through Multiplier
- Schedule and conduct kick-off calls with new clients to understand their specific needs and goals
- Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of our platform’s features and functionalities
- Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering, to deliver the best client onboarding experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may encounter
- Be the voice of our customers to our internal team, synthesising feedback received and offering informed opinions and solutions, to help shape our product roadmap

You will work with brand-name automotive OEMS and dealer groups who demand and recognize excellence. Strong candidates will have a passion for working within Google Ads, excel, and other tools and platforms to efficiently execute and manage paid search. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of building, analyzing, and optimizing Google search ad campaigns for performance and fulfillment metrics based on data to drive optimal decision making. You will need to have the drive to work independently and the communication skills to work as part of a thriving team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building search and other digital based campaigns while looking for ways to scale operational processes across multiple products and clients
- Understand & implement optimization tactics as they related to client/program goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure optimal solution delivery and campaign strategy for digital products
- Ensure timely product launches and ongoing optimization strategies and communicate with internal stakeholders
