OurSEM Strategistwill partner with Account Leads, Technical Teams, Director of Campaign Operations, and other internal stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative paid search strategies and optimization that drive performance for our clients.

You will work with brand-name automotive OEMS and dealer groups who demand and recognize excellence. Strong candidates will have a passion for working within Google Ads, excel, and other tools and platforms to efficiently execute and manage paid search. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of building, analyzing, and optimizing Google search ad campaigns for performance and fulfillment metrics based on data to drive optimal decision making. You will need to have the drive to work independently and the communication skills to work as part of a thriving team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building search and other digital based campaigns while looking for ways to scale operational processes across multiple products and clients
  • Understand & implement optimization tactics as they related to client/program goals and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure optimal solution delivery and campaign strategy for digital products
  • Ensure timely product launches and ongoing optimization strategies and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to Director of Campaign Operations for the digital product team and manage development status, issues, and escalations
  • Work and prioritize within timelines; coordinate work-steams across teams and channels
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating and communicating with internal team to field questions and requests from our external clients
  • Stay current with Google new features and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in experience working in Paid Search
  • Google Ads Search certification is required
  • Social advertising experience is a plus
  • Proven track-record: past projects were you consistently successful (i.e., met the consumer’s need, met business objectives, delivered on-time with no/few surprises)
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and systems quickly, and express them in simple ways
  • Experience working within a task manager system is highly preferred
  • Deadline and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multi-faceted task lists
  • Superior critical thinking and quantitative analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • High-energy, positive, team-first mentality
