What You’ll Do

  • Lead design across web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications.
  • Develop, define, and maintain design processes and frameworks, including a robust design component library.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product, engineering, analytics, and customer successto deeply understand customer needs and technical possibilities, synthesizing these into seamless user experiences.
  • Promote and advocate for design standards and best practices to deliver best-in-class web and mobile applications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Guide the UX process throughout the product design lifecycle, from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity designs (and clickable prototypes) and their development across our products.
  • Establish a strong foundation in user research, information architecture, and visual design; continuously identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Address undefined problem spaces with comprehensive end-to-end design solutions, spanning user research, experience, visual, and interaction design.
  • Engage deeply with user insights to drive continuous improvement and push for a user-centered approach in all design initiatives.
  • Gain a profound understanding of the product and competitive B2B SaaS landscape to influence product strategy and ensure our designs meet business, client, and technical standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in UX, product, or interaction design, preferably with substantial familiarity with angular component libraries like Dashkit.
  • Highly skilled in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuading stakeholders and managing conflicts diplomatically.

Position Overview

In this job, you will work with the Career Exploration product and engineering team, as well as sales, customer success, support and implementation. This provides great learning and networking opportunities for understanding the future of your career at OpenSesame.

You will be reporting directly to the GM of Career Exploration Platform, a fast growing business unit working with the CEO, President and cross collaborating with departmental VPs. You will help build OpenSesame from the emerging leader in enterprise business training to the clear, worldwide leader for the future of learning.

Specifically, you will help lead the sales and market development of course delivery in the flow of work, personalized learning and career mapping, resulting in a solution that your customers will love. Experience as Product Manager or Sales Enablement is a plus.
