We are looking for aPsychometristpassionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the Director of Neuropsychology.

What youll do:

  • Work with kids and teens, as well as their families, by performing neuropsychological testing batteries under the supervision of licensed staff
  • Prepare test materials, collect history of childs family (when appropriate) and score tests and record scores
  • Work collaboratively as a team with the patients psychologist, therapist and/or psychiatrist
  • Have proven results in working with others
  • Be comfortable with analytics, detail-oriented and process-focused
  • Comfortable completing virtual sessions, asynchronously or synchronously
  • Team-oriented, high energy and driven for results

Who you are:

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology or closely related field
  • 2+ years of experience in administering psychometric testing preferred, along with virtual testing experience
  • Experience with autism testing preferred, especially in a virtual setting
  • Willingness to serve families primarily living in Pacific and Mountain Time Zones
  • Have a passion for helping improve the lives of children, teens, and their families
  • Familiarity with online web-based applications
  • Experience working in a virtual office situation
  • Solid reading and writing skills in English
  • Possess effective therapeutic communication skills

The Role:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Quality Systems, the Quality Systems Associate will be responsible for assistance with the daily administration of the quality management system document/records management. This person will assist with providing technical and compliance support that will influence, educate, and positively impact Nuvalent data integrity and support Nuvalents quality culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with review of documents under revision, issuance of records, tracking of controlled documents, and management of the Quality Files.
  • Provide assistance to users on the process of writing SOPs and other documents.
  • Assist with administering GxP implemented quality management systems, assign and track training.
  • Track procedural document record archives for all GxP functions.
  • Track and trend deviations, change controls, CAPA and product complaints to closure.
  • Responsible for delivery of training programs, as well as, prepare and provide training reports.
  • Provide training follow-up reminders and status updates for assigned training.
  • Assist with providing system admin technical support for GxP implemented electronic systems.
  • Assist with the management of Audit Program activities including document management, tracking, notifications, metrics, and reporting.
  • Supports all training activities within the Quality team for the entire company.

Opportunity Overview

Coheres Service Operations team is responsible for ensuring that our healthcare partners are supported throughout their lifecycle of using the platform. The Intake Specialist Supervisor, Service Operations position is a crucial role in our organization. In this role, you are responsible for coaching, mentoring, evaluating and developing the Intake Specialist team. The Intake Specialist Supervisor will use established operational tools to ensure all intake staff are meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards established by the leadership team, this includes analyzing current processes to identify opportunities for enhancements.

As Supervisor of Intake, you will work closely with the leadership team at Cohere and report to the Manager of Services Operations, Intake. You will be responsible for providing supervision for the lead intake specialist and intake specialist team to meet or exceed operational objectives and metrics. The Analytics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions for core data storage in our Analytics Engineering team.   • Proficiency with tabular and non-tabular databases technologies

About the Role:

The Vice President, Demand Generation is a critical leadership role- responsible for overseeing all aspects of demand generation to achieve Invocas pipeline and revenue goals.
