Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive brand, is looking for an SEO Specialist II is join our team remotely!

  • The SEO Specialist II is responsible for delivering Dealer.coms Premium level of Search Engine Optimization services to help achieve subscribers goals. This includes analyzing website performance data (traffic, rankings, etc.), evaluating clients websites, and determining actions to improve site performance.
  • Monthly collaboration on strategy with clients and internal stakeholders like the SEO Copywriters, Performance Managers, Campaign Coordinators, and Social Coordinators is involved.
  • The SEO Specialist II is the client point-of-contact for all organic search related questions and concerns.
  • Besides monthly scheduled calls to review work and strategize, the client also has direct access to the Specialist via email or phone as needed.

Your Role:

  • Communicate with clients via monthly calls to review website performance, on- and off-site optimizations and work completed, and proactive ongoing organic strategy. Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders on additional strategies to help the client achieve their goals, and generally act as consultant for clients online search presence.
  • Act as SEO account manager, providing clients with process, operational and technical expertise, direct access (call, email) to answer concerns, defend the service by reinforcing the value of Dealer.coms SEO programs, and save potential cancellations.
  • Serves as key SEO liaison to client by completing search engine related requests like market and competitive research, webpage optimization, Google My Business optimization, and analysis of analytics as needed on demand.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Copywriters, Performance Managers, Campaign Coordinators, Social Coordinators) on digital marketing strategies to support the client.
  • Improve client site performance and KPIs by utilizing white hat search engine optimization tactics. Implement determined strategic content strategy based on site performance and dealer needs; appropriately optimize custom pages and content added to the site.
  • Utilizing Dealer.com’s analytics platform, analyze and evaluate website performance including, but not limited to, organic visits, visitors, form submissions, conversion rate, bounce rate, and visibility (keyword ranking data) to determine level of client performance and identify areas of opportunities.
  • Consolidates and synthesizes customer data and organic website performance, and presents information in client-facing reports that articulates the value of the Premium SEO program. Reports include key performance metrics, impact of previous SEO strategies, site challenges and solutions, opportunities, content strategy, and work completed with context.
  • Utilize 3rd party tools like Copyscape, Majestic SEO, SEM Rush, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and Moz Pro to assist with identifying potential site opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot negative trends in key performance indicators and search engine visibility. With assistance, determine cause of trend and take corrective action.
  • Continually increase SEO knowledge by attending SEO team knowledge share sessions, office hours, and other continuing education opportunities organized. Proactively identify and address implications of algorithm and search results page changes to clients as needed.
  • Provides advice, mentoring and training for newer SEO team members.
  • All other duties as assigned.

In-Person Attendance (Location Specific):

  • Team members residing in the Burlington, Vermont or Atlanta, Georgia area will be required to be in office once per week (4 times a month)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years experience in a related field, or the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years experience in a related field
  • Understanding of how search algorithms work
  • Strong customer service and client management relationship skills
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization tactics
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other industry tools

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate’s skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: – $152,700 – $203,600

Zone B: – $137,400 – $183,200

Zone C: – $126,700 – $169,000

The Vice President of Demand Generation develops, organizes, and helps coordinate the global marketing strategy for Quadient software solutions. Requirements:

The person must understand and demonstrate success for both complex buying cycles of the enterprise market as well as SaaS solutions with shorter sales cycles.
  • Able to conceptualize, develop, and execute demand generation programs
