Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day support of WTHs owned and partner brand web properties
  • Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of home and landing page promotional content for WTHs owned and partner branded sites
  • Assist in ongoing template development and page conversion to WTHs content management system (CMS)
  • Ensure clean releases by regression testing existing functionality and design
  • Ensure new functionality meets requirements of functional specifications
  • Proactively seek to advise UI Designers and Marketing Managers of alternative ways of implementing UI functionality
  • Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork among multiple teams

Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree and 3+ years Web Development experience
  • Strong working knowledge of current web UI technologies and approaches
  • Ability to produce standards-compliant web pages from creative designs/layouts
  • Knowledge of web UI technologies including CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML/XSL, JSON
  • Experience with Velocity and developing templates in a headless or hybrid CMS
  • Experience with website usability, WCAG accessibility, Git, and utilizing website tools to tailor website design
  • Ability to maintain focus while conducting repeated tests of all angles of issues
  • Demonstrated testing skills in a QA environment and Bugzilla (or other ticketing systems)
