Energy Solutions is currently seeking a full-timeSenior Manager,Clean Transportationto join our Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) team. In this role you will play a key role in Energy Solutions Clean Transportation practice, leading a large, complex program to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles, helping oversee a portfolio of smaller projects and teams, and supporting DERs Directors in developing proposals to grow the practice area.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Project management of a large-scale incentive program to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles, including managing the project schedule, budget, and a multidisciplinary team to execute the work.
  • Providing subject matter expertise in electric vehicle and clean transportation technology, markets, and policy.
  • Supervision of activities involving multiple, complex projects or programs.
  • Staff management and supervision.
  • Marketing and business development support.
  • Financial planning and reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.

Minimum qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience including at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Initiate, lead, and see through to completion proposals for new projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated mastery of project and program management.
  • Demonstrated exceptional client management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clean transportation subject matter including electric vehicle and charging technology, electric micro mobility solutions, and vehicle-grid integration.

About the role:

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) leader who will be responsible for defining and delivering marketing initiatives that generate new top-of-funnel pipeline and expand on existing opportunities within target accounts. This role is responsible for driving key performance metrics, including pipeline generation and funnel conversion rates to meeting and opportunity; as well as engagement driven by lower-funnel ABM campaigns. This individual collaborates with senior marketing and sales leadership to recommend tactical targets to achieve results. They lead decision-making for annual, bi-annual, and quarterly planning for their respective business line that will impact strategy, performance, and resource allocation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of the demand generation strategy and ABM plans aligned to the goals of designated Top Accounts business segment.
  • Manage Demand Generation team members across various marketing disciplines and guide the team toward specified goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized, targeted multi-channel ABM campaigns that support individual accounts throughout the mid and lower sales funnel
  • Ensure timely lead and contact follow up and establish campaign feedback loop with Sales team members.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and revenue leaders to define winning go-to-market messaging and positioning for each business segment, including product launches
  • Recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, partnerships, and technologies to serve in attaining the goals of the business segment
  • Oversee the development and performance of plans and tactics that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate inbound requests, resulting in revenue.
  • Lead a team to define metrics of success (channel, campaign, etc.) and report to marketing and revenue leadership, compiling ad hoc recommendations that support current and future needs
  • Measure Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation and ABM tactics and provide data to marketing leadership on the return on investment (ROI) of individual marketing campaigns on pipeline, bookings, and sales cycle length.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing team and SMEs to create and align content and campaigns with the buyers journey and EVERFI offerings.
  • Support senior Marketing leadership with budget allocation and tracking
  • Identify process improvements, outline recommendations, and coordinate with necessary stakeholder to get buy-in and promote change, both within the business segment and within marketing or operations

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of demand generation or account-based marketing
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, and social media, with hands-on experience in ABM campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Experience operating in a lead generation and funnel management process, generating pipeline and revenue
  • Experience developing highly personalized marketing campaigns
  • Effectively communicate campaign metrics and identify areas of opportunity or improvement

The Role

The eCommerce Strategist manages the creation and coordination of marketing strategies associated with growing our enterprise clients eCommerce business on the RevolutionParts platform.   • Business Planning: Experience building business goals and targets across key eCommerce metrics like revenue, gross margin, product mix, marketing mix and tracking actuals against these detailed plans for efficient business management.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand current trends, customer preferences, and competitive scanning in the automotive landscape.

We are seeking aSMART4TBCommunications Associatewho will be responsible for developing and supporting communications for a groundbreaking initiative to improve the global response to tuberculosis radically. Reporting to the Communications Director, this position will liaise with and provide support to the seven technical areas within the initiative, project partners, and several regional collaboratives across the globe on communications strategies. The ideal candidate will be both an independent self-starter and a strong collaborator who is well-versed in different media strategies and how to best utilize them to reach specific audiences. Primary channels include academic publications, policy and advocacy messaging, digital media, earned media, and events.

Project Summaries

  • Supporting, Mobilizing, and Accelerating Research for Tuberculosis Elimination (SMART4TB) is a five-year cooperative agreement with the United States Agency for International Development, to identify more effective methods and tools for finding, treating, and preventing tuberculosis. SMART4TB will design and implement research studies with local partners to identify effective person-centered methods for finding, treating, and preventing TB; strengthen local capacity to conduct high-quality research; and engage communities to build demand for new interventions, drive policy change, and improve implementation of new and existing interventions to reach the End TB targets.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities


External Communications

  • Meet with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to conceptualize, create, and edit content that promotes SMART4TBs research and policy work.
  • Liaise with funders to secure approvals on materials and provide relevant context for communications support.
  • Manage different complex streams of information about SMART4TB to create relevant content for websites, social media, and email lists, including regular newsletters, and seize overlapping opportunities between projects when relevant.
  • Design and produce visual materials including reports, study overviews, infographics, digital graphics, etc.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for various materials and audiences, including study briefs, progress reports, event descriptions, and emails.
  • Develop ideas for storytelling opportunities across all three programs and help gather content, including photos, videos, and personal stories.
  • Assist with media relations by identifying compelling or stakeholder-valued media placement opportunities and developing and producing media advisories, press releases, interviews, etc.
  • Manage language translation of materials for different audiences as needed.
  • Support coordinating events, including developing content, prepping speakers and logistics, and post-event communications.

Internal Communications

  • Maintain and keep brand assets updated including logos, brand colors, graphics, videos, and illustrations.
  • Ensure compliance with funder regulations including archiving approved materials in the funder library.
  • Co-lead communications training for relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate expectations and requirements for complex branding & marking and publications among consortium members to support adherence to funder and project policies.
