In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the front-end UI libraries development team and our UI component library (including Storybook). You’ll be responsible for establishing best practices for everything from micro-frontends to component upgrades and deployment, to robust QA processes, with a focus on ensuring all components comply with WCAG guidelines and internationalization standards for global products.
Responsibilities:
- Driveour micro-frontend efforts:Create the blueprint for our global applications using micro-frontend architecture and state sharing across micro-frontends and separate applications.
- Code Whisperer:Craft clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure a healthy codebase.
- Component Craftsmanship:Architect, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable UI component library using Storybook, ensuring all components are Internationalization ready and meet WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Pioneer modern UI patterns and design principles:Advocate for consistent, intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experience. Stay ahead of UI trends and technologies, including headless UI library integration and leading React libraries.
- Dev-Ops approach:Develop streamlined best practices for efficient component upgrades and deployments, build tools to monitor usage and adoption, memory optimization, frontend security and privacy practices, routing, authentication, and automated QA testing.
- QA Champion:Establish and implement best practices for thorough quality assurance (QA) processes, including promoting the use of Automated QA tools and ensuring WCAG compliance testing.
- Visualization Expertise:Integrate visualization libraries to create clear and informative data representations within the application.
- Help Migrate Applications from Vue to React:Lead efforts to incorporate parts of the Five9 portfolio that are using different front-end frameworks into React.
- Work Side by Side with Product Design:Work directly with the UX product design team to keep the design and developer component libraries in sync.
- Leadership & Mentorship:Empower your front-End engineers through clear communication and teamwork, collaboration to overcome technical challenges and develop best practices for optimal performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’sorMaster’sdegreein computer science or similar field.
- 10+ years experience in front-end software engineering with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- 3+ years experience as a UI Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with React and related technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Solid experience building and managing component libraries (Storybook preferred).
- Familiarity with headless integration and popular UI libraries..
- Experience with visualization libraries like D3, Vega Charts, React Charts, High Charts, etc.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be at the front of Medallion’s go-to-market strategy. This role reports to the Head of Business Development and compensation for this role may land between $60,000-$95,000 (base + variable component). Core Responsibilities:
- Find companies that match our ideal customer profile (ICP) and determine the relevant contacts for outreach

The Role
In this role, you’ll be given lots of responsibility and the opportunity to have true ownership as we build out the product. What You’ll Do
- Manage and orchestrate Cloud Resource (AWS) configuration using Infrastructure As Code (Terraform) to empower engineering staff to embrace a DevOps culture of Self Service Ownership
- Develop and govern Observability (Datadog) best practices for tracking platform performance and health trends to meet customer SLAs and lead technical decisions with strong supporting evidence
- Create solutions that dynamically scale based on demand with enough flexibility to pivot for fast changing project requirements while maintaining a balance of good versus perfect
- Provide strong and consistent communication updates on technical progress or blockers to keep stakeholders informed while additionally creating appropriate documentation on technical design to spread knowledge and reduce information silos
- Participate and respond to 24/7 on-call critical alerts and follow documented incident investigation procedures to reestablish customer facing feature availability
- Maintain HIPAA, GDPR, SOC-2 compliance and general security through best practice implementation
Who You Are
- At least 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 4+ years experience in DevOps
- Cloud Provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) experience on managing resources through Infrastructure As Code (Terraform)
- Container Orchestration (ECS or K8s) experience to confidently build, test, and release containerized applications for multiple environments and regions
- Knowledge of Observability best practices across common cloud resources (EC2, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, Eventbridge) with experience on rolling out enhancements across a distributed platform with scale in mind
- Experience with shell scripting for *nix systems

We are seeking a skilled Nutanix Installation Technician to assist with project-based consulting assignments (hourly contract). In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and optimizing Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and support teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of Nutanix solutions into our clients IT environments.
This role will involve some travel to client locations (travel expenses covered) as well as occasional remote-based tasks.
NUTANIX INSTALLATION ENGINEERS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, configure, and deploy Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions according to project specifications and client requirements
- Conduct pre-installation assessments and site surveys to ensure compatibility and readiness for Nutanix deployments
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop deployment plans and timelines
- Perform hardware and software installations, including rack mounting, cabling, and component integration
- Configure Nutanix software-defined storage, networking, and virtualization features based on client needs and best practices
- Test and validate Nutanix clusters to ensure proper functionality, performance, and reliability
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client IT teams on Nutanix solution operation, administration, and maintenance
- Document installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal and client reference

THE IDEAL PERSON FOR FILL THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:
- Proven experience in deploying and managing Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions
- Relevant certifications such as Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or Nutanix Certified Systems Engineer (NCSE) are highly desired
- Proficiency in installing and configuring server hardware, storage systems, and networking equipment
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies, particularly VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V

About the Role:
- Leading a team of engineers in the implementation and deployment of Laceworks Code Security platform as part of our Shift Left Initiative
- Acting as a player/coach within the team, supporting the teams needs and allowing them to get to the best solutions while adding value for our customers
- Build robust andflexiblebuild and test automation pipelines around all functionality to ensure CI/CD practices and large scale test automation are the norm
