Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translating design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the product designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and works. Aside from publicly faced applications, the person will contribute to internal back office UIs, building easy-to-use interfaces for internal teams in ever-evolving architecture.

Skills needed:

- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting, security best practices, and browser performance optimizations
- Great knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS, Vue (at least one of them), etc.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, SPA, SSG
- Good knowledge of tools necessary for autonomous delivers (image processing, building, etc)
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma and Lokalise is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub.
- Good knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them.
- Experience in designing web architecture, including Backend for Frontend, micro frontends, and usage of docker.

About the Role:
- The Accommodations Specialist is primarily responsible for managing employee, applicant, and pre-hire requests for reasonable accommodations, including escalations from a third-party administrator.
- The Accommodations Specialist facilitates the interactive process, working closely with Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, Leave and Exit Management, Benefits, Payroll, and third-party administrators.
- The Accommodations Specialist coordinates requests and communicates with employees and management regarding short and long-term reasonable accommodations.
- This role will manage cases, including third-party administrator escalations, through all phases of the interactive process in accordance with state and federal law (e.g., the Americans with Disabilities Act, California Fair Employment & Housing Act, and the Civil Rights Act), as well as company policies.
It will also support the design and implementation of standardized policies and practices that are compliant, efficient, and deliver an excellent employee service.
Job Duties:
- Performs intake interviews to gain foundational understanding of individual needs and evaluates medical certification received to determine eligibility
- Works with individuals to determine reasonable accommodations needed to perform essential job functions or compete for a vacancy
- Performs timely and comprehensive end-to-end case management by engaging in the interactive process with applicants and employees seeking reasonable accommodations based on disability, medical condition, and religious beliefs and their managers
- Conducts in person and virtual meetings with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Educates employees, managers, Human Resource partners, and other stakeholders regarding the interactive process

Responsibilities
- Maintains a current and in-depth understanding of patient therapy’s, prior approval and reimbursement processes and details of health care plans.
- Manages a queue of technical or complex therapy and reimbursement questions from customers and applies judgment in resolving service and problems falling within established limits of authority and knowledge.
- Meets key performance indicators including service levels, call volumes, adherence and quality standards.
- Follows up with patients, pharmacies, physicians and other support organizations as needed regarding inquiries.
- Handles sensitive information and personal data with discretion including prescriptions, personal information, date of birth, financials and insurance information.
- Escalates highly complex and difficult issues as needed to senior team members and Individualize Care leadership.
