OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of SAP S/4HANA Applications to spearhead our enterprise-wide RISE with SAP implementation. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our business processes, ensuring a seamless transition to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, a proven record of leading large-scale implementations, and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, ensuring business objectives are met and value is maximized.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of SAP professionals, including project managers, business analysts, technical developers, and consultants, to deliver the implementation on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the scope, milestones, and resources required for a successful SAP S/4HANA transition.
  • Oversee the design and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA system to optimize business processes and integrate with existing infrastructure.
  • Establish governance and project management frameworks to ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with SAP and other third-party vendors to leverage support, resources, and insights.

  • Drive change management initiatives to promote adoption of the new SAP S/4HANA system across the organization, including training and support programs.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to align with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging SAP technologies and innovations to continually enhance business operations and competitive advantage.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATONS:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA applications and the RISE with SAP offering, including cloud services and best practices for deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant SAP certifications and knowledge of industry-specific solutions are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Career Advancement Program Manager is responsible for coordination and delivery of SCA Healths career advancement programs. This position assumes a pivotal role in communicating with teammates, preceptors/mentors, and the programs key stakeholders, in addition to overseeing day-to-day operations of the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including pre-boarding, onboarding, recruitment, and continued teammate development, ensuring tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess program and business needs, identify opportunities to close knowledge or performance gaps, and enhance individual and organizational performance.
  • Partner with the programs key stakeholders to set, support, and execute the programs strategic direction and continued growth.
  • Develop and implement metrics to accurately assess and monitor the effectiveness of the program.
  • Ensure that all program materials and communications are current, accurate, and effective.
  • Function as a liaison between teammates and preceptors/mentors.
  • Manage program budget and resources effectively.
  • Create, review, and maintain program documentation, including policies and procedures in accordance with SCA Health.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on program activities, outcomes, and achievements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Operations, Communication, or related field).

Your Role as the Marketing Content Project Manager

You will have a deep understanding of standard methodologies of product and solution marketing, and can intuitively comprehend the necessary scope of engagement, customer needs, and types of content required to support product and service launches. This position is responsible for owning select categories in the online channel and working with the product team to develop the online strategy for product categories. We implement day to day merchandising updates across multiple websites within multiple ecommerce systems.
