As a full timeINSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERfor the Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center (OVC TTAC), you will be responsible for developing training and technical assistance (TTA) best practices to be used by OVCs training and technical assistance grantees, reviewing grantee TTA products, and working with grantees to ensure that the best practices are applied to the grantee products. You will be responsible for managing the revisions to a suite of online training materials. You will design and develop creative and engaging online trainings and microvideos that support victim advocates and OVC grantees.
We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the US.
What You Will Do
- Develop Training and Technical Assistance Uniform Guiding Principles, including managing a Working Group made up of OVC, OVC TTAC staff, and OVC grantees.
- Review and provide feedback on OVC grantee products to ensure that the products adhere to the Training and Technical Assistance Uniform Guiding Principles.
- Review existing written and online training materials and either update them or make recommendations for how they could be updated.
- Ensure that all online trainings and microvideos are developed to be fully 508 compliant.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), OVC staff, and OVC TTAC internal staff in the design and development of online trainings.
- Create instructionally sound online trainings that adhere to adult learning principles, including developing learning objectives, assessments, learning activities, case studies, job aids, and reference materials.
- Design and develop microvideos.
Your Minimum Qualifications
- M.A. or M. Ed. in Instructional Design, Distance Learning, Adult Learning, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer designing and developing online training projects.
- This position requires a Public Trust security clearance. Applicants will be subject to government security investigation to obtain clearance prior to the start date.
Additional Skills We Would Like You To Have
- Experience using Adobe Learning Manager or other LMS.
- Knowledge of training and technical assistance best practices and the ability to apply them to TTA products.
- Experience in ensuring that products are 508 compliant.
- Experience in using Storyline.
- Knowledge of victim services field a plus.

Job Overview
As the Rev Ops Systems Associate, you will drive process improvements and help evolve how our GTM team leverages our CRM ecosystem to drive Sales productivity and revenue growth. Reporting into the Enterprise Process & Technology team, this role will work closely with leaders in Sales, Strategy and Operations to streamline processes and gather system requirements to implement new features in Salesforce, CPQ and other tools to support the Sales process and forecasting. This role will also work with the offshore admin/development team to ensure features get implemented on time and with high quality standards.
The ideal candidate should be a problem solver with project management skills, have a strong understanding of the B2B Subscription SaaS model and metrics, and have a track record of using Salesforce.com and other 3rd party applications to automate manual processes and improve the productivity of GTM teams. Responsibilities
- Work on Salesforce.com development and maintenance (Sales Cloud)
- Work on Salesforce CPQ administrative tasks
- Maintain and develop integrations across our different business tooling
- Work with Sr Process & Technology Manager and Strategy & Planning team to define business problems, identify key requirements, document functional and technical designs, create user stories, and coordinate implementation with offsite development team
- Define clear acceptance criteria and test cases, identify test users, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met and upheld.
- Maintain data quality and hygiene standards Salesforce, including running bulk data import/updates
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing revenue operations processes and building custom solutions in Salesforce (sales cloud) or working as a sr analyst in a Saleforce.com consulting practice.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com (flow automation, user management, report, dashboard generation), Salesforce CPQ (setting price and product rules, discount schedules, approval rules, product config)
- Understanding of subscription SaaS model and key metrics
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail
- Methodical and analytical. Able to translate problems into solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent experience
