Job Description
Swag is a direct extension of our brand at Procore, reflecting our mission and vision, and were looking for a Brand Merchandise Specialist to support our company-wide swag program. As part of Procores Brand Marketing Team, duties will include project management, campaign management, stakeholder management, collaboration with the finance department, and various other administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and thoughtful, with experience in high-volume/fast-paced environments, as well as project management, operations, logistics, inventory management, retail merchandising, and ecommerce.
This position reports into the Brand Strategy Team and will be based in Carpinteria, CA or remote. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
- Implement the Procore culture creatively in our swag
- Support processes for swag requests
- Organize, manage, and execute supply chain needs
- Oversee the day-to-day swag operations and platforms
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders, establishing good supplier relationships, and finding the best partners/vendors to support our company growth
Qualifications
What were looking for:
- BA/BS
- 1+ year of experience in operations, logistics, or merchandising is a major plus, ecommerce is even better
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite including Gmail, Google Forms, and Google Sheets, MS Office applications, and Slack
- Demonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain flexible and agile in a constantly changing environment
- Project management experiencethe ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Ability to think outside the box to create new and innovative ways to communicate with employees that reflect our culture and values of optimism, openness, and ownership
- Ability to work fast, under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment, and deliver results
