The Senior Revenue Enablement Manager – Learning Experiences is responsible for developing, editing, and posting technical sales enablement content; as well as curating and managing content so that it is easily accessible to the field. You will produce engaging training, templates, and tools that help technical sales people develop their sales skills as well as curate/organize existing content and maintain in sales content repositories and LMS. You will report directly to the Head of Revenue Enablement.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Revenue Enablement Manager – Learning Experiences, is responsible for:

  • Analysis of needs, planning and execution of projects to enable revenue teams, including sales, sales engineering, customer success, and channel managers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality and impactful learning experiences through content, messaging, visuals, videos, and materials that support how salespeople learn and improve outcomes
  • Designing, creating, and publishing enablement experiences including videos, guides, instructions, and eLearning lessons
  • Defining success criteria with leading indicators of sales performance that align to leadership goals for revenue targets
  • Curating impactful content so that is it easily accessible to the field
  • Manage the lifecycle of content from planning to active to archive
  • Collaborate with teammates on best practices for enablement experiences, managing reusable templates, and publishing internal guides for consistent quality and high impact
  • Administrate and manage systems like content management system (CMS), learning management system (LMS), cloud collaboration (Google Drive and Microsoft 365)
  • Be able to facilitate live sessions for impactful delivery of information and engagement of participants
  • Analyze data from surveys, learning experiences, and other inputs to demonstrate impact and provide areas of improvement
  • Apply the latest sales enablement techniques and instructional design principles
  • Experience with enablement authoring and design tools such as: Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Cloud, PowerPoint, Google Slides

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in sales and revenue teams that offer technology and SaaS
  • Experience building courses and curricula for sales
  • Experience in broad aspects of revenue enablement such as onboarding, readiness, and effectiveness
  • Experience facilitating in-person training sessions that are as short as 2 hours or as long as 3 days
  • Experience with leading sessions that include hands-on exercises
  • Experience working with various go-to-market teams such as product, product marketing, sales, sales engineering, channel, and third parties in order to create plans and execute the development and publishing of courses
  • Experience in project management of the development and deployment of content and learning programs

Position Summary

The Manager, Digital Marketing will own digital marketing strategy. Drive, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that improve current and prospective customer engagement with the Company and product across multiple digital channels and that meet or beat specific digital program goals.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement paid digital strategies via Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and other paid digital marketing channels
  • Drive funnel acquisition and optimization through paid digital performance marketing channels
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns globally across all digital channels including SEM, programmatic display, paid social and affiliate marketing
  • Utilize marketing tools including; Salesforce, Marketo, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing, Facebook Business Manager, and Linkedin Campaign Manager to create world-class digital marketing programs, run reports, turn numbers into action plans and help propel the marketing teams demand generation goals
  • Create audience lists to tailor campaigns for targeted audiences across specific market segments, industries, and roles
  • Practice data based decision making related to digital campaign management
  • Use data analytics and marketing technologies to inform decisions and iterate on marketing campaigns to drive growth and achieve KPIs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience in paid search, paid social, programmatic digital, and personalized communications, across both web and mobile platforms
  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional in-house teams and external agencies
  • Highly analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making within an imperfect or incomplete information environment
  • Extensive hands on experience with Google Ads, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, and other digital media platforms
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.
  • Experience with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
  • Leverage analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes
  • Implement detailed keyword strategy to be leveraged for both SEM and SEO

Preferred Qualifications
