Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Specialist, Workforce Intelligence to join the Workforce Intelligence (WFI) team. WFI is chartered with delivering data-driven, integrated solutions that drive action to support our greatest asset: our people. What You Will Do:
+ Conduct workforce analytics & supporting reports that identify, interpret, and communicate (graphically, quantitatively, and qualitatively) key trends and insights about the workforce
+ Develop and maintain process for delivering recurring insights for senior HR leaders, and other functions
+ Collaborate with other members of the Workforce Intelligence teams in the development and implementation of technology (systems, tools, dashboards) that support workforce analysis
+ Provide training and consulting to HR partners and collaborate with dashboard team to drive adoption of existing and new solutions
+ Proactively partners with members of the HR Centers of Excellence and HR Partners
+ Other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
