Your role in our future:
As a Supervisor, Customer Success, you’ll play a critical role in the overall success and direction of the customer success function. In this role, you will be accountable for driving the initiatives that improve customer onboarding, account management, retention, and growth of the install base. You will measure performance and productivity; create coaching and training that continuously support the development and culture of your team, and ultimately contribute to the transformation and optimization of customer engagement, adoption, outcomes, and experience.
Your Profile:
- Mentor, develop and retain a high performing and engaged Customer Success team
- Support the Customer Success function to enable long-term, customer relationships focused on proactive, value creation and not tactical responses to daily issues
- Help expand the Customer Success team’s capabilities through process improvement and tools automation
- Support Customer Success outcomes throughout the customer journey including partnering with Product and Marketing to deploy strategies that demonstrate product value, new features and product updates.
- Drive initiatives resulting in enhanced customer retention, growth and exemplary customer experience.
- Monitor metrics to track and report employee progress against goals, including identifying the correlation between product adoption and revenue retention/expansion.
- Identify change management implications that require further cross-functional discovery and feedback to inform experience recommendations or roadmaps.
- Handle critical issues that could result in a loss of revenue
- Assessing at-risk accounts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a mitigation strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding or similar experience
- Experience managing teams within either Customer Success or Professional Services teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships, internally and externally
- Experience using CRM tools, including Salesforce
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
- Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations

JOB DESCRIPTION
The key transition responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the below. The candidate will be required to travel and or present virtually:
- Establish a strong bond with the affiliate during this transition process and will then be able to maintain and grow that relationship as a primary point of contact once their company opens as a Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate.
- Working with company on launch schedule and arrangements for day of launch event details.
- Working and advising the company on all advertising (including announcement cards) and public relations information that will be presented to the public upon launch.
- Working with the company to arrange and/or conduct training on all print and or interactive marketing tools, resources and products that are recommended to be in place upon launch.
- Working with the company to order all exterior building signs, interior office signs and equipment yard signs, business cards, etc.
Responsibilities of the position post-transition and with existing affiliates include (but are not limited to):
- Serve as the centralized point of contact and primary phone and email resource for existing and new affiliates in an assigned market area.
- Review affiliate performance indicators prior to proactively reaching out to contact affiliates and keep servicing team updated continuously. Recommend and manage projects that add value to the affiliate relationships, business analysis, cost savings and profitability.
- Monitor trends, responses, and attitudes of our affiliates and communicate this to team to ensure that our brand is responsive to our affiliate needs and to assure that we are aware of our affiliate’s attitudes and activities.
- Support and drive attendance to all Sotheby’s International Realty events.
- Assist in troubleshooting inquiries from affiliates including Owners, Managers, Brokers and Admin regarding various questions and issues.
- Ensure the timely updating of materials and products for new affiliates.
- Enforce brand standards and the Policy & Procedures manual at all levels including marketing, websites, social media, branding and all other areas.
- Prepare deal write ups and provide disclosure documents

Project management responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the below:
- The position will work closely with the departments within Sotheby’s International Realty and Anywhere matrix groups on special projects, events and initiatives
- Help drive timely initiatives on behalf of marketing, operations and servicing within the U.S. and Internationally
- Manage Webinars for affiliates, including organizing topics, requesting speakers, recording and distribution
- Ensure the timely updating of materials and products for affiliates
- Create and update brand presentations
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA, BS or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 -5 years customer service or related experience, international servicing experience preferred
- Flexible hours in order to accommodate different time zones where applicable
- Real estate experience preferred
- Project management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills (including platform training skills)
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, contribute positively to the team, and adjust to a changing environment
