REGIONAL CHANNEL MANAGER

Come join a fantastic team! The Regional Channel Manager is a dynamic role that will assist in managing and optimizing the partnership and distribution strategy within the North America Region. This role supports Leica Microsystems’ Channel Partner strategy by implementing tactics to drive growth, ensuring effective market activities, Training for the channel partners and monitoring distributor performance to achieve revenue and margin goals. This position is fully remote.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Channel Compliance and Onboarding: Own the Channel Partner Toolkit (CPTK) to ensure compliance and integrity, supporting channel partners with onboarding processes.

+ Strategic and Sales Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth, closely monitor market activities for ROI, and support sales forecasting for regional channel partners.

+ Partner Management: Manage the Partner Excellence Program (PEP), monitor and support regional channel partners to achieve higher performance tiers, and review and approve quotes for profitability and margin compliance.

+ Marketing and Technical Support: Aid in the execution of marketing initiatives, organize product training, distribute materials, and ensure partners have access to necessary technical support.

+ Business Reporting and reviews: Participate in quarterly and annual business reviews to assess partner performance and own the sales reporting to reveal underlying trends.

YOUR PROFILE

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of experience in distributor sales management within the life sciences industry.

+ Demonstrated project management skills.

+ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

+ Ability to travel as required.
