As an experienced content creator and marketing communications expert, the Social Media Director is responsible for integrating data and insights to create compelling content and drive interest in Empower. This role will take a newsroom approach to drive proactive social media content and will also evaluate effectiveness, specifically focusing on social monitoring, rapid response, and digital community engagement. This role will develop financial shorts, social media soundbites and syndication opportunities for Empower research.
What you will do:
- Deliver content aligned to the comprehensive social media strategy that elevates the brand reputation, aligns with overall company objectives and targets key audience segments

The Instructional Design Manager is responsible for the development of high-quality content to support Enablement initiatives that span across multiple segments and/or business lines. In addition, they define and manage the instructional design and content development standards for the global instructional design team. Success criteria for this role include but are not limited to stakeholder and trainee satisfaction surveys, stakeholder feedback, adherence to quality & SLA standards, and success in introducing new initiatives.
What You’ll Do:

- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

- Manage a schedule of upcoming trainings that provide audience members & stakeholders visibility into upcoming initiatives

- Identify optimal training methodologies based on audience learning styles
- Create sound learning objectives for all training courses
- Manage competing priorities from stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Upload courses, assessments, and other materials to the LMS

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent people manager, project manager, and communicator
- 5+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization
- 3+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
- Experience with a Learning Management System (Lessonly preferred)
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to create and edit high-quality videos.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and actively build solutions for gaps that are slowing or blocking our ability to achieve results
- Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching

Technical Operations/Maintenance
Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more.

The Manager will provide oversight of the Maintenance Programs Field Support team consisting of Field Support Representatives. This position will be responsible for management of team structure, scope definition, and day-to-day planning and execution of team mission statement – providing cross-functional maintenance programs presence across the operation. Must be able to provide direction and mentorship to the team as they provide on and TRAVEL”>off-site support to our internal maintenance stations and external maintenance providers. This individual must be highly knowledgeable of the Tech Ops organization, including solid understanding of maintenance planning and execution and the impact of the maintenance program across the operation.
- Leads interaction of team members providing field support; including defining scope of support provided, handling scheduled visits and coordinating with partners at a management level on the growth and mission of the team
- Ensures compliance to the standards for maintenance program and task card changes as defined in the Maintenance Programs SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and GMM (General Maintenance Manual)
- Establishes team’s network across the operation by participating in station start-ups, planning sessions and actively leading strategic planning discussion in order to best apply team resources
- Provides scheduled training for the Field Support team on Maintenance Programs processes, procedures and updates Field Support guidelines accordingly
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in aviation field, aircraft maintenance experience in the line and base environment
- Solid understanding of maintenance programs concepts, policies, procedures, including packaging and task cards
- Ability to grasp complex integrated workstreams (needs of key partners and data output)
- Strong presentation/interfacing skills
- Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time domestically and internationally
- Must be willing and able to work remote if not traveling
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Must-have Qualifications
