Who We’re Looking For –Reporting to the Director, Global E-Commerce, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior eCommerce Optimization Manager to join our Global eCommerce team to enhance shopper experience and conversion rates through personalization and experimentation across MANSCAPED.com. This role focuses on translating data into impactful insights to optimize our website strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic testing and personalization initiatives globally, driving metrics including conversion rates, units per transaction, and average revenue per user. This role will leverage expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and user behavior to create personalized experiences and upsell opportunities that delight customers and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive testing and personalization strategy aligned with company goals and user needs
  • Conduct user research and analyze customer data to identify audience segments and personalization opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, analytics) to design and implement A/B tests, personalization rules, and targeted campaigns
  • Oversee the evolution of personalization tools and technologies in partnership with our technology organization
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of personalization initiatives, iterating and optimizing based on data insights
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in personalization and recommend new strategies and technologies
  • Create clear and concise documentation to ensure smooth transitions and knowledge transfer within the team
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and experimentation
  • Analyze recommendation engine performance metrics (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate) and user search behavior to optimize algorithms and improve the relevance of recommendations and search results
  • Be accountable for growth of eCommerce Revenue and improved shopper experience
  • Meticulously document and share out results

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, personalization, and conversion rate optimization
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful personalization initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric etc.
  • Excellent understanding of testing and personalization tools, ideally Dynamic Yield
  • Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Shopper-first mindset and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

PandaDoc is looking for an International SEO Manager with a growth mindset and a desire to build an SEO program from scratch.

As an International SEO at PandaDoc, you will orchestrate and deploy an international website strategy to generate new business from SEO and create new opportunities for our sales teams. You’ll contribute to the Demand Gen team’s pipeline targets while working cross-functionally across our Revenue Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Brand, PMM, and International teams to level-up our processes.

As a critical member of our SEO team, you will help evolve our content framework by testing new ways to drive awareness, engagement, and demand from our ICP. You’ll also collaborate directly with our Product Marketing and Localization teams to extend our ICP campaigns to new geos and verticals.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive SEO strategy to grow organic traffic, visibility, and pipeline in key markets through on and off-site initiatives
  • Conduct audience research in priority markets, in collaboration with our globalization team, in order to understand our priority target personas, use cases, and industry verticals
  • Create competitive market assessments based on localized competitors in target regions
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify the most relevant and high-intent (‘money’) keywords to target for each of our priority markets, taking into account the company’s products/services, target audience, goals, and competitive landscape.
    • Track and report on keyword rankings for ‘money’ keywords over time
  • Create a content calendar to create new and optimize existing website content (e.g. blog posts, landing pages, templates) to better align with target keywords and user search intent for each priority market
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement across the website’s technical infrastructure, content, international linking profile, hreflang and other on-page and off-page factors.
  • Collaborate with our internal UX team to ensure content is presented in a visual format, following brand guidelines as well as geo-specific styling and CTAs to drive conversions through our content
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI for each priority market. Use these insights to continuously refine and optimize the international SEO strategy and to evaluate priority markets / initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal and external local language / translation services in order to ensure that keyword targeting and copy are relevant and that content is written by a native speaker.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive SEO experience.
  • Manage and mentor any junior SEO specialists or interns who support international execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years of international SEO experience, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive measurable results
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, international content strategy, link building, and SEO analytics
  • Experience working with Translation Management Systems and leveraging SEO best practices for translations and localization of content
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage outside vendor relationships, in order to stay within a defined budget and deliver quality output
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present SEO recommendations to stakeholders

The Digital Media Senior Director (Retail Media Monetization) will be the go-to Retail Media Network expert, leading strategic management of a retail media network (RMN) engagement as well as growth for New Stream Media. You will act as the central hub of collaboration and retail media expertise across several departments/resources including senior level colleagues at dentsu, leading decision making with an eye for driving profitable innovation on behalf of your RMN client. You will work directly with senior level business leaders at your RMN client, in an embedded team model. You will translate media-led strategies into actionable business insights for your Retail Media Network client.
