Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system for Anywhere Real Estate, encompassing UI components, patterns, documentation, and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable design system solutions.
- Implement and optimize UI components and layouts using Angular, React and Flutter frameworks, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
- Participate in QA testing during the implementation of the design system by cross-referencing the engineering build with the intended design.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development and design systems to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness .
- Work with Anywhere’s accessibility expert to prioritize and evangelize accessible code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on building design systems for complex web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in React and Flutter frameworks, with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems, architecture, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, design tokens, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with modern front-end tooling
- Experience collaborating with Designers using Figma
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Gitlab, bitbucket) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Experience with design system repositories such as supernova and zeroheight a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud network architectures

- Implement robust security measures including network ACLs, security groups, and AWS WAF and CloudFront

Preferred Qualifications:
- Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
