About the Role
SaaS Academy is seeking a Content Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Content Writing & Management: Oversee and produce content across various channels, including a weekly email newsletter, social media posts, blog articles, podcasts, webinars, sales enablement collateral, landing pages, client communications, and event content. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s strategic direction and drives engagement across the SaaS Academy’s audience.
- Content QA: Conduct rigorous quality assurance on all content to uphold the highest standards of excellence. This includes meticulous copy editing and ensuring every deliverable is fully aligned with our brand voice, maintaining consistency and impact across all channels.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams across the company, including Media, Design, Demand Generation, Video, Events, and our program Coaches. You’ll work directly with executives and key stakeholders to extract core insights, field creative requests, and ensure our story is effectively shared externally.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.

- Content Volume: Take ownership of weekly content output targets, ensuring consistent production across all channels.

Required Experience and Skills:
- B2B SaaS Expertise: 4-6 years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Native US English Proficiency: Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of US English.
- Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information into compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
