Who We Need:

The User Experience & Website Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s website to ensure an optimal user experience. This role combines expertise in UX design and project management to create engaging, accessible, and user-friendly website experience. The manager will work closely with marketing, web developers, and other departments to align the website with business goals and branding strategies, enhancing the overall digital presence and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute UX-centered marketing strategies for all .com instances.
  • Lead the user experience process, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.
  • Ensure that the website’s UX aligns with the company’s overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.
  • Integrate user research, persona development, and data-driven insights into the overall user experience strategy.
  • Utilize customer journey mapping to identify key touchpoints and optimize user flow to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that supports business objectives.
  • Lead website optimization and conversion rate improvement.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve website elements, such as landing pages, CTAs, and content, to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to inform data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Manage website projects, including redesigns, new feature implementations, and updates, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with the SEO Strategist to integrate SEO best practices and enhance the website’s visibility and ranking.
  • Partner with web developers, IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure the website supports broader business initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to designers and developers to ensure that the website design and functionality align with marketing objectives.
  • Ensure that landing pages are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for website-related services such as design, hosting, and optimization.
  • Ensure the website adheres to legal standards, including data privacy regulations, accessibility guidelines, and security protocols.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in website management and UX design.
  • Proven experience with UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.
  • Technical proficiency of UX/UI design principles, content management systems and analytics tools.
  • Superior analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for innovation to enhance user experience and engagement.
