The Opportunity:

You will work closely with the Product Design/User Experience team, Product leads, engineers, and executives in the development of critical TrueCar products. You will have influence on the direction of major company objectives and be expected to solve difficult design problems, cross-platform. You’ll manage an inspired team of mobile-first designers who understand the complexities of desktop and mobile app solutions. You are a humble hands-on design leader and have the ability to translate your vision into beautiful designs and functional prototypes to demonstrate ideas and interactions.

How you will contribute to TrueCar’s success:

  • Manage and oversee a team of user experience designers and work on multiple projects with rapid development deadlines
  • Collaborate with executives, managers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to define, conceptualize, and design user-facing products
  • Champion user experience design throughout the company and contribute to making it an essential process for improvement and innovation
  • Support Product Leads, engineers, executives, etc. to develop compelling user experiences from beginning to end
  • Actively recruit, interview, and hire new team members
  • Onboard and train UX Designers; staff and/or contract
  • Manage performance evaluations, including self-evaluations and peer feedback surveys
  • Foster improvement of the user experience across our product suite
  • Supervise and design, component, and brand standards across the UX team
  • Seek out and discover valuable learnings and insights that help define and drive opportunities to improve process efficiencies
  • Translate business goals and requirements into effective digital experiences that help customers
  • Develop, apply, and help oversee user research findings to enable designers to conduct usability validation and A/B testing
  • Work closely with other cross-functional stakeholders such as Product Managers and Development teams to deliver to sprint-estimated expectation
  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers, stakeholders, and users to continually raise the quality of our designs
  • Keep current with advances in interaction and contemporary design patterns

Your Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of desktop design, including responsive and adaptive techniques
  • Strong organization and analytic thinking skills: ability to translate moderately complex requirements into user scenarios, flows and diagrams
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Self-motivated and passionate about solving complex problems
  • Internalize and care about the company strategy and vision, not just how things look
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to defend design decisions
  • Understand design methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX
  • Expert in Figma and experience with design systems
  • Proficient in prototyping tools including but not limited to: Figma, Sketch+InVision
  • A solid understanding of both quantitative and qualitative user research methods; familiar with research products (usertesting.com, usabilityhub.com, FullStory)
  • Support occasional travel as requested

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design, Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and Data warehouse to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
  • Develop set processes for analytics, data modeling, and data production.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering educated decision-making across the organization.
  • Implement processes and systems to manage data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key partners and business processes that depend on it.
  • Writes unit/integration tests, contributes to engineering wiki, and documents work.
  • Perform data analysis required to solve data-related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
  • Work closely with a team of frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and analysts.
  • Design data integrations and data quality framework.
  • Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and Business teams.
  • Execute the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
  • Manage the system performance by performing regular tests, solving problems and integrating new features.
  • Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
  • Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.

The Enterprise Customer Support Team works closely with many innovative and impressive customer accounts to unlock their business objectives and ultimately realize the value of using Airtable.

The compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their location, relevant skills and experience. As the Design Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee the build-out of our client’s websites and the implementation of their revisions during their onboarding phase. SCOPE OF ROLE

As a Cloud Engineer you will work in a dynamic team and partner with teams across the company to ensure that our Cloud Infrastructure meets the needs of our growing customer base.   • 10+ years of enterprise scale IT infrastructure design, deployment, and support, including networking, virtualization, servers, containers, storage, backup and DR.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and migration.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing DevOps pipelines, installations, configurations, automations, and monitoring of various cloud services including: (laaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
  • Strong experience with designing, deploying, and supporting Azure IaaS services including networking, storage, compute, AKS, etc., Azure PaaS services including key vault, app services, function apps, logic apps, etc., Azure data services including data factory, Azure SQL DB, Cosmos DB, Databricks, etc.
  • Strong experience with designing, configuring, and supporting Azure security and monitoring services including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Application Insight, Log Analytics, Azure Sentinel, etc.
  • Strong experience with designing, configuring and supporting Azure identity management services including Azure AD, Azure AD DS, Conditional Access Policy, Privileged Identity Management, JIT access, etc.
  • Experience with Azure cost management, monitoring, and reporting.
