As the Design Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee the build-out of our client’s websites and the implementation of their revisions during their onboarding phase. The websites should incorporate the client’s vision in a creative manner and must be a robust representation of what they are trying to accomplish.
Every single website that we deliver to our clients must level up to our standards. As such, you must have an incredible eye for design and phenomenal attention to detail. You’ll quickly master our product, processes and tools in order to consistently deliver beautiful websites.
This is a challenging and highly visible role in the company. You will be entrusted with overseeing the build of each client’s website while ensuring the new website is a branded yet elevated version of their existing online presence.

There are a few ways we will accomplish this:
1. Master the inputs and outputs of the new logo website build out + revisions process
2. Make structural improvements to our processes
Our ultimate goal is to enable you to work in a motivating, high-impact capacity while being part of an excellent team, evolving your leadership skills, and fully own a PFT Pod.
Here are a few focus areas we’ve outlined.
I. Areas of Competence: Website Build + Revisions
Ensuring each website is built in an efficient manner maintaining a 2 day turnaround time.
Ensuring the new website is a branded yet elevated version of their existing online presence.
Ensuring each revision is completed accurately and in a cohesive manner within 2-business days of submissions.
Limit revision rounds to one, to provide a seamless and efficient onboarding process.
Actively monitor client builds and revisions and provide technical solutions while keeping design at the forefront to keep each account moving forward.
Report and escalate technical issues as needed.
Become an expert at our systems and tools.
II Areas of Competence: Developing Leadership Skills
Build a team of skilled website builders and data specialists with an unparalleled eye for design
Motivate your team to think like owners and work with them to improve your team’s efficiency
Scale your team, while reducing micromanaging
