Ground Control’s creative studio is seeking a Designer who will serve as a core creative contributor and skilled visual communicator, responsible for designing creative assets that adhere to brand guidelines across different types of media formats and achieving client objectives regarding quality, consistency, and creative intent.

The Location

This position is US – Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. The Job

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing comprehensive identities and design systems for Airbnb’s internal brand that will match the quality of Airbnb’s external brand efforts.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and reviewing technical specs for client assets that incorporates technical nuances of the production process.
  • Working in partnership with creative and production leadership, owning and supporting projects from comps to final mechanicals across a wide range of formats: brand identity, editorial, social, print, events, web, presentations, etc.
  • Supporting the Art Director and Creative Director with commissioning and art directing external creatives and agencies.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and timelines.

About you

  • 3+ years experience, either in an ad agency and/or in-house studio environment as a designer, or in a field where you’ve developed comparable skill sets previous experience with lifestyle, travel, and hospitality clients preferred.
  • A love for the craft of brand storytelling and editorial, in all forms all standing on a solid, fundamental foundation: great design.
  • A strong systems thinker. Should have experience creating brand or design identity systems.
  • Collaborative and resourceful. An entrepreneurial mindset, able to blaze trails as needed.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and persuasively.

The Pay

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $108,000 and $134,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

What you’ll do:

The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) II leverages and applies relevant teaching and learning experiences in developing digital-first solutions that solve specific market problems shared by teachers and students.   • Helps define the end-to-end user journey for all digital experiences on HMH’s teaching and learning platform
  • Delivers value to customers in keeping with capacity constraints and market expectations, often contributing fresh, innovative solutions that surprise and delight users

What you’ll need:

Cash compensation range: 164000-180000 USD Annually

Job Summary
The Digital Solutions Department at the American Cancer Society (ACS) seeks a GIS Enterprise administrator with understanding of GIS systems, databases, data analysis and administration for a position within the Digital solutions department. We are searching for a team player that has a good foundation of GIS sciences/technology and poses relevant knowledge and/or experience of GIS systems / GIS enterprise. The candidate will support the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the GIS systems as well as GIS and data analysis tasks as identified by leadership.

Major Responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting the different facets of the ACS GIS Enterprise implementation, as prioritized by leadership. Responsibilities will include: GIS mapping and analysis tasks; the installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online software deployments and associated data; making architecture recommendations for new deployments; publishing web services; supporting new capabilities introduced to the Enterprise GIS implementation; triaging issues with ArcGIS Server services and Portal for ArcGIS web applications and interfaces; configuring security and authentication for Portal and ArcGIS for Server and monitoring infrastructure throughout the lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Manage, support and upgrade licenses for the entire ArcGIS System

Formal Knowledge
