As a Backend Engineer: Senior work with a 4-7 person team, building and iterating towards higher quality and higher value product. Each team will have members with skills to cover product management, UI design, backend build, and client build. You will be responsible for the API build, database data structure design, software architecture, security, and performance of the core backend Ruby/Rails application that powers new and existing products.

About the Role
The Staff Software Engineer role focuses on being a technical leader and individual contributor on a product development team. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist
REMOTE
US Only – Remote
The primary role of the SEO Specialist is to analyze and execute search engine optimization campaigns for a small portfolio of client websites. This must be done within a defined scope, time, and cost based on the requirements and constraints of specific campaigns.
The SEO Specialist works closely with the Marketing Analyst, Digital Strategist, Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) and also the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to consistently improve client ROI. While the primary focus of the role is on complete SEO-based work, conversion rate optimization (CRO) is also a part of the role.
Although this is primarily a technical role, you will be required to attend all internal meetings and the occasional video call with clients.

Responsibilities
