Responsibilities:
- Lead the experience design for the Engagement team, improving the user’s experience by helping users and subscribers find the best and most relevant content they’ll love, come back for and pay for
- Work on the entire lifecycle of the engagement experience, leveraging design strategy, IA, heuristic auditing, product planning, user flow/journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, high fidelity comps, A/B testing, and collaboration with engineers on implementation

Role Overview:
As a QA Engineer II, you develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. As a key member of our growing Quality Assurance team, you support and create API, Web, and mobile automation framework and tests. You design, build, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions for web and mobile applications. What you do each day:
- Design robust test scripts for API, Web and Mobile applications using industry standard testing tools and scripting languages
- Conduct review of requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases on different test levels ( integration, system, functional, regression, exploratory testing)

Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or a related area, or with relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Software Developer, or similar Automation role
- Experience in SQL and scripting
- Demonstrated strong programming skills in Javascript, Java, or other OOP languages.
- Solid understanding of test framework design that is easily maintainable, resilient, performant and scalable
- Proficient in developing API, Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) test automation using tools like Selenium Webdriver, TestNg, Appium, RestAssured, Rainforest
- Have successfully implemented a CI/CD automation strategy and understand the value derived from shipping code rapidly to production and learning/iterating on the results
- Experience enabling teams to have high quality testing and best practices like CI/CD and “Push-on-Green”
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Proficiency at identifying and analyzing the root cause of complex bugs in your code as well as others’ code

A CampusWorks Project Manager enjoys a fast-paced work environment with a deep understanding of the client’s project and goals. The project manager will collaborate with teams across CampusWorks and at the client site to deliver high-quality service that aligns with the project objectives. A CampusWorks project manager will work with vendor project managers to ensure the approach is sound, that the client team understands their roles and responsibilities, and that the client steering committee has a clear and current understanding of the true state of the project. Overall Function
EDF is excited to expand our Audience Insights team. The Persuasion Research & Campaigns Project Manager will help build and lead a new capability to monitor relevant false narratives and create and implement debunking and inoculation campaigns into our digital marketing and media relations. You will work with various data sources and the global coalition, Climate Action Against Disinformation (CAAD), to help the team understand the digital conversations, specifically the false narratives, that affect our brand, our mission areas, and our key target audiences.
This newly created position will report to the Manager, Audience Insights and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including close coordination with our Marketing and Communications Teams and CAAD members, to build a program that combats the most harmful mis/disinformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Use cutting-edge software to manage the day-to-day monitoring, understanding and communication of the mis/disinformation narratives that negatively impact EDF’s ability to achieve progress.
- Develop strategies to leverage digital tactics to combat mis/disinformation including debunking and inoculation.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to create, implement and monitor influence and message campaigns that combat mis/disinformation.
- Establish data-driven mechanisms to determine the efficacy of our persuasion campaigns.
- Prepare regular progress and performance reports and timely updates on data collected.
- Socialize learnings internally and with key external partners to increase our ability, and that of the broader environmental sector, to effectively combat mis/disinformation.
