The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing, executing and measuring all lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the pipeline. Email is an integral channel in building the PAR brand, nurturing target audiences, showcasing thought leadership and building brand loyalty with clients and prospective clients, and as such, the lead generation specialist will work with the Marketing and Sales team to build compelling campaigns that drive results. This role is involved in every step of the customer engagement cycle from ideation to implementation and analysis. The Demand Generation Specialist is expected to monitor, analyze, test and continually refine all components of campaign lifecycles as well as follow email marketing best practices in order to optimize lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and refine target audience contact database and develop campaigns that drive interest in PAR services including message creation, CTAs, template and landing page design, and campaign workflows.
- Segment audiences based on behaviors, like past email engagement, website interaction, event attendance, and develop strategies to nurture prospects into qualified leads.
- Management of lead generation activities such as webcasts, Lunch & Learns, drip campaigns, paid media campaigns, podcasts and more.
- Analyze and report results from all outbound campaigns and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, leads; present recommendations to the Marketing team in a clear, logical, and compelling fashion.
- Identify new email marketing strategies to ensure that the most effective offers, copy, platforms, and creative are incorporated into campaigns and deliver a compelling message.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and make adjustments as needed to optimize results. Perform A/B testing with regularity.
- Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of PAR’s offerings, partner offerings, industry/product solutions, customer applications, competitive product differences as well as evolving strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pardot to create, monitor and track reporting of qualified prospects.
- Support program and campaign planning to ensure effective resource utilization and management across the marketing team for both internal projects (e.g. technology implementations, process improvements) and marketing campaigns, projects and activities.
- Perform reporting and analysis to support the development of budgets and financial planning, working closely with the team.
- Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance of insights on marketing performance to ensure cross-functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience and proven results in developing effective email marketing campaigns
- Highly accountable with ability to handle multiple projects, manage competing priorities and workflows
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot (Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp ); Hubspot strongly preferred.
- Experience working in tools such as Salesforce.
- Salesforce experience necessary to build reports and manage pipeline
- Strong understanding of email marketing rules and guidelines
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a Senior Vegetation Artist with a passion for crafting realistic, high-quality foliage. Working in collaboration with art direction and our Biome Leads, you will be responsible for bringing our next-gen vegetation library to life for in-game and cinematic AAA content. We want you to help push the industry to new heights of realism, gameplay and storytelling!
Responsibilities:
- Create realistic, beautiful models and textures for vegetation assets.
- Work closely with our Biome Leads and Art Directors to define our foliage needs and build out our library.
- Work with our Photogrammetry team to capture and process foliage scans.
- Help build and refine aspects of the vegetation pipeline, working closely with Tech Art to support new features, processes, and tool improvements.
- Collaborate with World and Material Artists to integrate foliage into our levels through placement, decals, landscape materials, and more.
- Identify and troubleshooting vegetation assets to stay within performance budgets and design specifications.
- Provide mentorship and feedback for internal artists and external partners.
Requirements & Skills:
- Shown production experience in vegetation assets for AAA video games
- Experience mentoring other artists and documenting vegetation workflows
- Deep understanding of, and ability to analyze and research, different types of foliage
- Expert knowledge of SpeedTree and Zbrush.

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role’s base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. As our Quality Assurance Engineer Manager (Automation), you’ll be developing processes and managing our main QA projects including integrating our growing automation suite into our CD pipeline and automating accessibility and security testing, while contributing to our manual and automated test suite.
We employ technology that connects patients and physicians and fosters a patient experience that is unrivaled in the industry, and we seek a directed Quality Assurance Engineer Manager that will ensure our product continues to ship with high quality features. This role will report directly to the VP of Technology. Primary duties will include organizing and writing automated tests, developing strategies to test accessibility and security and incorporating our automated suite into our deployment pipeline. This role is on a growing team, where our process and methods are still being formed, so we’re looking for someone who is collaborative and can think strategically.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- 6+ years working as a quality assurance engineer with at least 3 years of leadership experience preferred (this role will be player/coach)
- 3+ years experience writing automated tests and able to present a scalable solution for our automation needs
- 1+ year of experience working in Python
- Experience incorporating automated tests into a continuous delivery cycle
- Domain knowledge of WCAG guidelines
- Knowledge in multiple types of testing and how to best use each type to suit a project’s needs (E2E, Integration, UAT, Regression, etc.)
- Experience designing, and maintaining automated tests, executing REST API tests, Git (or other source control management equivalent)
- Ability to identify potential failures in software as well as the ability to track and report existing defects with precision and efficiency
