Your primarily responsible will be for the effective delivery and design of training programs and materials across the organization from an individual who will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in several functional areas. This will be done in accordance with management and functional leaders to gather information on business needs to design instructor led, Web-based and e-learning training including training processes and procedures. Identifying training needs for facilitator guides as wells as train the trainer sessions by gathering Web-based techniques and interactive learning strategies. As a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

About UX Research And The Role
As a Senior Manager of UX Research you will lead a team of IC UX Researchers focused on Project and Portfolio Management and Data Integrations. These capabilities are in the critical path for business growth and success and there is a huge opportunity for impact.
You will be responsible for delivering business and customer outcomes by empowering your reports to excel at their research responsibilities and prioritize research for impact. You will not be just a manager of research activities and schedule. You Will:
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of IC researchers executing mixed-methods research at all stages of the product development process.
- Pro-actively form strong partnerships with leaders across the organization, driving alignment and understanding of customer needs and how they map to business goals and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Design and Product leadership to align on research needs and priorities across multiple work streams, translating strategy and objectives into research plans.
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to your partners that inform both strategic and tactical decisions.
- Manage your team’s ownership and work load with consideration to business priorities, team member skill sets, and career development opportunities.
- Work closely with other members of the UX leadership team to identify UX dependencies in order to drive cohesive end to end experience across product areas.

You Have:
- 10+ years combined experience as a UX Researcher or UX Research Manager working on digital products.

The Role
The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) is instrumental in our product development process by helping push completed code out the door. The PDM facilitates communication between the backend, frontend, QA, and product teams. This requires attention to detail, the ability to track many balls in the air, and a disciplined approach to keeping our task board organized. We hire top grade developers and they turn out a lot of code, thus orchestrating releases requires skill, grit, good decision making, and the ability to stay focused under time pressure.
Responsibilities
Drive Weekly Release
- Verify all tasks are fully tested and “good” for release
- Verify tasks have test approaches and automated test coverage
- Facilitate communication between SDET, Dev, and Business teams
- Ensure QA team is meeting automated and manual test requirements for releases
- Ensure all tasks with requiring fixes are completed and tested by release
- Ensure all tasks related to a release are at their proper place on Azure Devops task board
Issue Resolution
- Handle issue and bug reports
- Work with Product and Dev team to investigate and work toward resolution
- Manage fix tasks on Devops task board
- Manage hotfix releases
- Verify that hotfixed items are also included in the weekly release and tested
Release Planning and Improvement
- Help manage Devops task board and organize tasks for releases
- Participate in release planning meeting
- Work with QA lead to increase test automation coverage
API onboarding
- Oversee the technical aspect of client onboarding for API users
- Maintain API documentation
Analysis
- Support product and development leaders with research or discovery projects
- Help with data pulls and other data-related requests
Requirements
