The Business Systems Integrations Analyst role at Granicus is focused around the ownership, execution and improvement of acquisition integration efforts. You will own the integration of the acquired organizations business systems into Granicus business systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, etc).

What You’ll Do
- Project and task management for integrations initiatives
- Influence and promote operational best practices for systems integrations
- Develop process maps to understand acquired orgs processes within their systems
- Map and translate acquired orgs systems to Granicus systems
- Lead migration of acquired orgs into Granicus systems
- Configuration of CPQ
- Work closely with business customers (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success) to increase efficiencies and ensure alignment with technology decisions
- Maintain and ensure consistent data quality across systems
- Communicate project milestones and delivery status with integrations stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day end user support of the Salesforce.com application
Who You Are
- 0-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration
- Experience integrating multiple CRM systems
- BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Demonstrate exceptional quantitative analysis skills and the ability to derive recommendations supported by data
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with stakeholders

About the Role
As a Project Manager you will be a trusted advisor to build relationships with customers and help them navigate from onboarding through renewal. You will assist in driving adoption, comprehension and utilization of Shipwell products and services.
What you’ll do when you get here:
The Project Manager manages Professional Services projects from kickoff to the completion of the project. Connects with all levels of management to champion project needs, and provide detailed project dashboards/reporting.
- Works with customers and Pre-Sales to define and document project scope.
- Develops, constructs, manages project plans, and brings projects to a successful conclusion within budget and schedule constraints.
- Defines project tasks and resource requirements.
- Assembles and coordinates project staff.
- Proactive identification and management of project issues.
- Closely monitors project scope for change control; work with customers to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Manages multiple resources and tasks across internal and external organizations.
- Champions project needs throughout the company, escalates issues to appropriate Leadership.
- Develops and/or recommends process improvements and best practices.
- Assists with activities designed to improve and streamline internal systems, procedures, and implementations.
- Guide the client to a successful go-live based on milestones and tasks from detailed project plans.
- Able to convey client needs internally, driving the resources needed for successful implementations.
- Utilize Salesforce to update the status of ongoing client implementations.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
- You are a motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a team.

What you need to have:
- 3+ years of TMS SaaS Software Project Management experience in a fast-paced, complex operational environment.
- 3+ years of experience in the logistics industry. Preferably involving:
- Full Truckload, Less than Truckload and/or brokerage operations,
- Procurement and vendor relations
- Experience with logistics system integrations involving an ERP and/or TMS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- G-Suite knowledge preferred

About the Job
We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that help acquire, engage, and retain Life360 members in our international markets. This is a part-time, contract position for up to 12 months. The Lifecycle Marketing team owns the customer journey for Life360’s owned and operated channels and is responsible for segmentation, content, and optimal landing experiences. This role will be pivotal in supporting our membership model expansion in key international markets and will help in the strategy and execution of our international marketing lifecycle marketing efforts. This will include designing and implementing go to market campaigns for international markets, localizing US best practices internationally, and managing the marketing calendar, segmentation strategy, lifecycle journey mapping, creative briefs, testing, and execution marketing campaigns end-to-end. This will be a high impact role, managing email, in-app, and push notification communications that are seen by our millions of customers. In addition to building consumer facing communications, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will also report on campaign metrics, make actionable recommendations based on data, and partner closely with cross functional partners and our 3rd party marketing platform to create delightful customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with stakeholders in Product, Creative, Testing, Legal, Finance and more to support our international marketing roadmap
- Own the end-to-end cross-channel (email, push, in-app, sms) marketing campaign process from concepting, brief kickoffs, design advisory, translation/localization and targeting strategy
- Work with the Lifecycle Marketing team to run tests that help define content, cadence, and channels that optimize for customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketers, and Engineering to implement GTM plans and any required changes on our marketing platform (Braze) for a seamless launch
- QA campaigns with test engineering and marketing QA teams
- Be well versed in building email, in-app, and push notification comms on our Braze marketing engagement platform
- Work with the Creative team to make copy and design edits that are optimized for user experience
- Aggregate, summarize, and share campaign results that have clear insights and takeaways
- Assist with survey execution and management
What We’re Looking For

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Instructional Designer will use high-end learning content development methodology to create virtual, instructor-led curriculum, content, and materials regarding Change. They will collaborate with the Change Enablement team to ensure the learning content is design to provide maximum learning and retention for participants. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Instructional Design: Experienced utilizing adult learning and instructional design principles and techniques to create content and materials to be used for virtual, instructor-led facilitation (PowerPoints, Guides, etc.) and self-learning (handouts, FAQs, job aids, etc.)
- Collaborative: Highly proficient at working with internal stakeholders and SMEs to plan, define, document, and develop the learning experience.
- Project Management: Skilled at scoping the work and developing timelines, prioritizing work, managing details, keeping tasks and projects on track, and delivering consistent, high-quality products and consistent results.
- Communication: Communicate well with all Change Enablement team members and SMEs, gather and assimilate information quickly, keep everyone informed throughout the decision and approval process.
