We are looking for a collaborative and digitally-minded Global Market Development Manager to help develop and implement marketing strategies and programs for a broad and complex portfolio of safety and quality testing products for BioPharma customers. This is an exciting and evolving market that requires dynamic and adaptable marketing efforts.

The candidate in this role will need to successfully work within a highly matrixed organization to develop global, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and create and manage tactical execution to achieve marketing and revenue targets. This individual should have a strong background in digital marketing and B2B eCommerce and understand how to optimize marketing efforts by channel and funnel stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic, multi-channel, integrated marketing plans for areas of responsibility, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, positioning & messaging, content and channel strategy, and tactical planning.
  • Manage the creation and execution of engaging marketing campaigns to generate awareness and drive demand; measure and understand the customer experience through the marketing journey.
  • Collaborate and ensure alignment of business strategy and plans among Product Management, Regional Marketing, Commercial Leaders, and other partners.
  • Successfully engage with agencies and marketing program managers to deliver high-quality assets, including creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, social media, customer-facing presentations, global tradeshow properties, and promotional materials.
  • Effectively engage and partner with digital marketing colleagues to leverage and optimize performance across digital channels.
  • Apply critical metrics to measure performance and effectiveness of marketing programs. Implement optimizations based on data-driven insights.
  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with proven success in both strategic and tactical marketing.
  • Demonstrate experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Product launch experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing and implementing digital demand generation initiatives including marketing automation, SEO/SEM, display, online advertising, social media, and web.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
  • B2B and life science/biopharma experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

The salary range estimated for this position is $89,000 – 132,000. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; and
  • 4+ years of experience with an advertising or design company; and
  • 2+ years of experience creating graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram); or
  • A combination of education and work experience is necessary to perform key responsibilities.
  • Preferred: Experience in a company with revenue of $25 million or greater

The Technical Drafter II will be responsible for creating mechanical drawings using CAD software in support of Jackson, Charvel, EVH, Gretsch, and Bigsby projects.

About the job:

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and management of Solidworks CAD files for amplifier, pedals, and accessory products. You will develop drawings and 3D models of products from industrial design concepts through release to manufacturing and beyond. Additionally, you will ensure that drawings and models meet R&D design and drafting standards.
Your responsibilities will include the creation of solid models and drawings that meet engineering requirements. You will participate in design reviews for other projects as well as your own. This is a team environment, and you will be required to work closely with the rest of the team including mechanical engineers, industrial designers, drafters, electrical engineers, project management, and manufacturing engineers.

What you need:

  • Mechanical Drafting associates degree or better with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of significant mechanical drafting experience
  • Strong Solidworks skills
  • Experience with Solidworks PDM
  • Solidworks sheet metal experience
  • Multi-body part and master model experience
  • Problem solving skills sufficient to design, with some supervision
  • Experience designing sheet metal, wood and plastic components
  • Solid understanding of basic woodworking
  • Basic understanding of electronic circuitry and PCBA standards preferred.
  • Good technical and non-technical communication skills
  • Musical background is a plus, particularly guitar and related products
