POSITION SUMMARY
The Graphics Media Specialist will be a design and PowerPoint expert who has a strong business sense, is innovative/creative and passionate about delivering a stellar product. This role is meant to elevate the graphics and corporate presentations from their current standard. We work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to exceed expectations in a timely manner is key to success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create bold, innovative, and effective creative materials for the executive team (~30% with the CEO) and the customer-facing teams.
- Develop webinar and event presentations with speakers.
- Create presentations and/or graphics for internal training materials.
- Create and post graphics and content related content for social, print, direct mail pieces, and tradeshow exhibits as needed.
- Oversee digital creative brief process and hold to allotted work time/accountability.
- Interface with executive team and customer-facing team members to develop content, flow, design, and creative of various projects.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Proofread and do a final check on items being created and released internally and externally
- Edit/Create video content for events, learning management system, and other customer/internal based video.
- Demonstrate the values of Outsell in everyday interactions
- Perform other duties as required
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree; and
- 4+ years of experience with an advertising or design company; and
- 2+ years of experience creating graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram); or
- A combination of education and work experience is necessary to perform key responsibilities.
- Preferred: Experience in a company with revenue of $25 million or greater
Demonstrated Success (Competencies, Traits):
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premier and Illustrator.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify/address problems, meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
