As an Associate Director, Project Manager in Professional Services, High Tech group reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services, you will play an instrumental role within the Model N Professional Services Organization.

You will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, management and coordination of onshore and offshore project team members, as well as partnering across internal organizations, customer stakeholders and third parties to meet internal and external project success criteria as well as deliver projects on time, on budget and meeting customer and Model N quality expectations.

Additionally, as a Model N Associate Director, Project Management and member of the Services PMO, you will be a key contributor to Model N’s commitment to continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and controlling project scope, objectives, and execution plans from contract approval through project closure.
  • Partnering with customers to develop and implement new opportunities.
  • Understanding customer culture and successfully navigating and managing customer relationships.
  • Supporting business development and sales activities for existing and new PS service offerings
  • Assisting in portfolio management of software implementation and upgrade projects on schedule, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring internal operational processes including resource and financial management are proactively managed and meet internal project metrics.
  • Refining and developing methodologies, tools and programs to support various delivery methods and services types.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in role of Project Manager demonstrating increasing responsibility and successful management of complex enterprise software implementations, such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Siebel, etc.
  • Experience leading enterprise software implementations using Agile Methodology with varying size and complexity.
  • Experience in Consultative, Customer-facing Project Management roles, ideally supporting globally located teams and involving third party partnership.
  • Certification as Scrum Mater (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or other Agile relevant certification
  • Project Manager certification preferred (PMP), is a major plus.
  • Experience with the high tech industry is a major plus.
  • SFDC knowledge a plus
  • Ability to travel as required (25% expected)

The Marketing Specialist has primary responsibility for delivering content for our global marketing programs and providing general divisional marketing program support for the Laboratory Chemicals Division.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop marketing content and assets to drive customer engagement and lead generation
  • Develop social and email marketing content
  • Conduct analysis of marketing content (pre-campaign testing and segmentation analysis, post-campaign analysis, customer insights etc) to optimize and improve marketing content
  • Execution and deployment of cross divisional marketing programs targeting segments that drive demand generation and new contacts in these segments
  • Support Divisional Marketing Programs specifically Thought Leadership Initiatives
  • Support internal communication efforts to promote internal and external program initiatives
  • Update capabilities deck and circulate on a quarterly basis
  • Help with content, style and format of meeting presentations including Town Hall and quarterly business reviews
  • Lead the LCD ON24 Laboratory Chemicals Resource Hub and Webinar program

  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Marketing/Design degree or equivalent experience and have worked in a similar position previously

Experience

  • You will have experience in the execution of marketing programs (preferably from a channel and regional perspective)
  • You can craft and develop messages, content and creative to target diverse customer groups and influence channel selection
  • Have marketing experience and be comfortable working with common design applications/software – Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in life sciences industry preferred

  • The person should show initiative in all projects and should be able to work according to timelines
  • Knowledge of the following key proficiencies: 4Ps and marketing mix, marketing communication, communication channels, channels-to-market, segmentation, value proposition and marketing program development and execution

About the Position The Digital Engagement Manager reports to the Digital Marketing Director and works closely with the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Digital Content Director, as well as the fundraising and program teams. Together we will plan, manage, and implement our digital strategy to educate, inspire, engage, and grow our online communitiesand bring the redwoods to them. The Digital Engagement Manager will manage Sempervirens Fund’s social media accounts with a focus on engagement and accessibility.

In this role you will create graphics and multimedia content, support the development of social media partnerships, and design and test emerging approaches to engage with supporters across platforms. Our team will collaborate to create welcoming and engaging online experiences that convey the importance of protecting, caring for, and visiting redwoods and ensure existing experiences are accessible. Our office is based in Mountain View, California, and our work spans San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz Counties. Sempervirens Fund has transitioned to a new hybrid remote work model to reduce our carbon footprint. This position is remote-from-home except for occasional in-person staff meetings and field visits to nearby state parks and protected forestlands, allowing you to spend time out on trails in the magnificent forests we protect. Preference will be given to applicants in the region, and we welcome applications from remote candidates located within the United States.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic senior designer with an agency background to join our team as the Deputy Art Director. You are well-organized, collaborative, a strategic thinker and a team builder, and will support the Art Director in departmental decisions, including recruitment, training, and career development of other designers. You have great attention to detail, a sophisticated sense of typography and layout, and experience in art directing designers and illustrators.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee visual creative for weekly campaigns: We develop creative packaging direction for about 4-6 mini documentary videos per week. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and engagement editors to bring together the overall vision for promotional assets and campaigns. You will lead the graphic designers to execute on the vision, pushing for interesting and effective concepts, and communicate through revisions.
  • Coordinate daily design production: You will help coordinate the work of other designers to achieve creative campaign and asset goals, holding daily/weekly/monthly QA sessions as needed. You will create briefs and manage communication around any outsourcing needs, tapping additional designers and freelance creatives when needed. You will oversee and manage the production of daily promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with AD to help maintain visual standards: You will collaborate with the Art Director to define broader creative visions, brand standards, guidelines, and continuously make choices to help maintain the vision and standards.

Additionally, your secondary objectives would be to:

  • Help assign work and run the department: Work with the AD and project manager to distribute incoming design requests, manage department documentation and infrastructure, and generally help the design department run smoothly.
  • Develop new brands: Help manage the design process around the creation of new brands. Oversee other designers going through the process of designing new brands, internally or for our partners.
  • Actively explore and help evolve our design strategies: Consistently research examples of successful advertising and strategic design. Proactively look to improve visual tactics and techniques in order to help connect with our audiences. Work with engagement editors to track performance and identify successful approaches.
