What You’ll Contribute
As a scrum master working with one or more scrum teams you will be responsible for ensuring the scrum teams follow scrum framework and SAFe practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve process and facilitate the scrum events, eliminating team impediments and identifying risk.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events such as:
- Sprint Planning
- Standups
- Sprint Review, Retrospective and Demos
- Backlog refinement.
- Ensure scrum team follows Agile process.
- Monitoring progress and team deliverables according to the Program Increment (PI) Plan.
- Manage inter team dependencies.
- Managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Ensure continuous improvement, quality, predictability, and velocity of the scrum team.
- Work with PM and development leads to ensure value is delivered.
- Providing weekly status reports communicating risk with transparency.
- Facilitate the team in the Program Increment (PI) Planning events.
What We’re Seeking
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or related field.
- Scrum Master experience in a software product development lifecycle environment.
- Understanding of Agile and SAFe practices.
- Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle and Deliverables.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with JIRA or similar Project Tracking Software.
- Certified Scrum master.

Bustle Digital Group is seeking a remote part-time Commerce writer to join our growing Commerce and Affiliate Marketing team.
The Commerce team operates separately from each site’s editorial team, and Commerce articles are written to generate revenue from sales of products featured in the articles. The Commerce team covers the full range of product categories, including home, health, beauty, fashion etc. The success of an article is measured based on the affiliate revenue it earns this means a strong candidate needs to be a strong writer and effectively communicate what makes a product worth purchasing. The ideal candidate should have three or more years of experience writing for online or print, and previous experience with commerce or affiliate content writing is a plus. Most importantly, candidates should be knowledgeable and passionate about researching products, especially those found on Amazon.
Candidates must be able to work remotely two to three days per week (and 15 hours per week maximum), Monday through Friday, during standard business hours. This is a part-time role on staff, not a freelance position. Please do not apply UNLESS you have this availability.

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to generate the strategic and visual vision for fast-paced projects, provide hands-on application of the vision to key product development and provide our creative team with guidance and ideas in execution of the vision across project assets. What will you be engaged in day-to-day?
- Conceiving and implementing concepts, messaging, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and campaigns and oversee them to completion.
- Using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create and modify products in a fast-paced workflow.

Requirements
What qualifications will help you succeed?
- BS/BA in design, visual arts or relevant field. A minimum of 10 years of related design and creative services experience.
- Proven experience as a Sr. Designer or in a similar creative role; agency experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
- Expert-level knowledge and application of software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign etc. AfterEffects and Premiere Pro are desired.
- Experience with print production management for a variety of printed product types. This includes working with commercial printers to solicit bids and manage all stages of print production and quality control.
- Related experience may include graphic design, copywriting, advertising, multimedia production, and Web site design.
- Experience with and knowledge of the Government procurement cycle is a plus.
- The individual must be able to work independently of any direct supervision and possess superior written, verbal, listening, and presentation communication skills, excellent organization, initiative and follow-through, and flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and conditions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 4+ years of hands-on product design experience, successfully launching and iterating on products for responsive web, mobile web, and smartphone applications
- Experienced in communicating designs through task flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Experienced in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research. Familiarity with using and creating personas, user journeys, and empathy maps.
- Strong visual design and presentation skills with an outstanding portfolio of relevant design work that demonstrates your experiences, thought processes, impact, and learnings.
- Expert-level mastery of Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Principle, After Effects, and animation skills are a plus
- Strong understanding of modern web and mobile best practices
