Your role in our mission

  • Creates accurate mapping documents according to the mapping process.
  • Works toward delivering a first draft solution to ETL for coding, by rapidly understanding which details about the mapping can be deferred.
  • Presents analysis and design recommendations to lead MITA teams, customer and/or vendors into the acceptance of the design.
  • Supports the ETL developers based on the mappings created.
  • Works closely with configuration team and DBAS to ensure synchronicity of configuration to interfaces and mappings.
  • Refines mapping documents, adding more detail and filling out deferred material as questions are resolved.
  • Uses SQL, data models, data element dictionary and schema to perform data and business analysis.
  • Creates unit test cases for area of responsibility and updates technical specifications and mappings.
  • Validates test plan results that satisfy the detailed design goals.
  • Supports unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and user Acceptance Testing.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years QNXT/Schema knowledge
  • 5+ years experience in Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims
  • Good/Excellent SQL skills (5+ years)
  • Good Oral/Written communication skills
  • Experience in gathering business requirements.

We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Central Operations team. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data to help answer our organization’s most important questions and ensuring everyone has the data they need to perform their jobs well. We are looking for a candidate who shows both a strong understanding of how to manipulate data using SQL and an exceptional ability to design metrics that reveal insights to our different business units.

What your day could consist of:

  • Acting as an internal consultant, using analytical skills to answer critical business questions
  • Interfacing with team members (including VPs and executives) to understand reporting requirements and data needs
  • Sharing knowledge around data tools throughout the company
  • Participating in data exploration and providing analytical insights
  • Building visualizations and reports for all of our business units
  • Being a steward of the data warehouse (e.g. documentation, maintenance, and knowledge sharing)
  • Owning the validation, clean up, and governance of data

What is needed:

  • Proficient SQL skills (at least two years working directly with SQL)
  • Analytical experience with data and data modeling concepts
  • Understanding of data warehouses
  • Experience answering unstructured business questions
  • Willingness to learn new skills on the job
  • Experience with any analytical/visualization tool (Looker, QuickSight, Pentaho, Tableau)
  • Data manipulation with Python (preferred)
  • 3-5 years as an analyst or in an analytics-focused role (preferred)

Job Overview

As a Lead User Experience Designer, you have a passion for creating simple, elegant, consistent, easy-to-use experiences. You will be responsible for owning key strategic design initiatives for the Software Products Group at Right Networks. This role will oversee a small team of designers with the goal of taking a customer first approach to both new product development and delivery, fundamentally changing the way we think about and implement design.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of UX Designers
  • Manage and maximize resource allocation toward key design initiatives
  • Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time
  • Deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups, design patterns, user interface specifications, user journeys, personas, scenarios, low and high-fidelity prototypes, etc. to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Identify and solve user and business problems through creative, design-led solutions
  • Partner with internal cross- functional partners (design, product, engineering, research, project management) to execute design strategy, ideation, and implementation
  • Drive Customer and Employee interaction for feature and design validation
  • Drive collaborative design sessions according to our team priority list
  • Think strategically, execute methodically, and act decisively
  • Evaluate, understand, and implement modern UX principles and toolset
  • Manage external design partners and contractors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, visual design, psychology, business, human-computer interaction (HCI), related field or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 4+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal; the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Can provide an online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions
  • Previous experience managing teams preferred
  • Experience working in Agile development process preferred
  • High level of proficiency working in Figma required
  • Experience working with design agencies preferred
  • Experience working in Jira and Confluence preferred

We’re looking for someone who:

  • has meaningful product experience with B2C mobile apps
  • has a strong understanding of mobile app UX
  • is comfortable comprehensively thinking through scenarios (ie. does not just think about the “happy path”, but considers edge cases)
  • has strong communication skills with clear and well-structured messages
  • is fluent in English
  • has experience creating wireframes and doing user testing
  • has a sensitive/keen ear and can understand the implied meaning behind what users say (does not just take the response at face value)
  • can do rapid prototyping on the fly based on user feedback
  • applies changes or updates based on user feedback and not just gut intuition
  • can organize tasks, scenarios, and discussions well
  • has experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude
  • can work at least 25 hours per week on a regular, long-term basis. Ideally, we are looking for someone to be full-time on this, and for this to be their sole focus.
