About the Team
Pagerduty Strategic Finance helps the company make great decisions. We create data-driven visibility into current and future performance, support strategic analysis and develop business processes for scale. We partner with leaders across the business to build a growth plan and then measure and execute against it.
Responsibilities
- Interpret large financial and operational data sets to identify and analyze key trends and deliver insights.
- Participate in developing, reporting, and presenting key financial and operating metrics to communicate the company’s performance and strategy to executive management and the Board of Directors.
- Build models to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully support the preparation of annual short and long-term planning models to align with company strategy
- Challenge existing processes and identify data inconsistencies to drive improvements increasing efficiency and accuracy of forecast and reporting
- Develop analysis and processes that scale with a rapidly growing business
- Scope projects and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
- Learn to understand the business end to end
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of business analysis or related work experience, such as FP&A or Business Intelligence
- Strong Excel skills – (VLookup, graphs, pivot tables)
- Ability to build high-level Excel models and identify key sensitivities to investigate
- Ability to structure, analyze and visualize large amounts of data
- Solid and detailed analytical abilities
- SQL proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, management consulting, or investment banking
- Understanding of SaaS business concepts and metrics
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Zuora, Tableau, and Periscope is a plus
The base salary range for this position is 84,000 – 127,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

- A proven track record of design that improves conversions
- Impeccable visual taste you create clean, simple, elevated brands that are a delight to interact with. Customers might not even know why they love interacting with the brands you create, but they just do.
- Next-level attention to detail your spacing, line heights, fonts, colors, and use of whitespace is perfection. Your work just feels great to interact with.
- Deep empathy for the end-user and their experience you know that pretty design isn’t enough and you pride yourself on design that’s strategic, thoughtful, user-focused, and clear
- Read this post thoroughly and mention the secret code 44 in your application (it lets us know you’re truly detail oriented)
- An understanding of marketing design and conversion optimization

Brief Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic nurse committed to delivering empathetic, concierge services to our consumers of the Virtual Second Opinion Services. You will be responsible for establishing a relationship with patients via online/telephone intake through active listening and questioning process, documenting these encounters and providing instruction and creating an opinion timeline based on established protocol.
A strong background in an ambulatory, hospital or telehealth with the ability to function independently in an organized fashion managing a portfoaccdddclio of patients through the virtual second opinion process is essential to success in this position.
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing a relationship with patients and effectively triaging and providing care guidance and resolution to all contacts and patients.
- Assesses patient needs, determines and initiates appropriate action or response to meet identified needs.
- Assesses patient and physician needs, provides requested information and/or guidance or service as appropriate or forwards to the appropriate person on the clinical management team.
- Initiates and independently implements appropriate clinical activities, including communication with patient/caregiver, physician (as applicable) and complete documentation of events.
- Maintains consistent communication with patients.
- Assists, reviews, researches, and resolves active patient and referral concerns and complaints and records outcomes accordingly to meet regulatory compliance standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred or other allied health professional degree.
- Current Ohio RN and/or multistate compact license
- Other Allied Health license
- Good clinical judgment, careful listening, critical thinking skills and assessment skills.
- Strong customer service skills, including both verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to be self-directed, excel in critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing or clinical experience (preferred in ambulatory, hospital, med/surg, long term care, home care, hospice or palliative care setting)
- Prior phone triage or telehealth services.
