Ancestry is seeking a self-motivated and detail oriented candidate with a strong mix of technical ability and email marketing experience to join our marketing production team. This individual will be responsible for executing day-to-day operational tasks including segmenting customer data, creating email assets, QA, implement feedback and deploy promotional and informative email campaigns and programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You should expect to collaborate often with multiple departments to improve retention and support customer research by ensuring that email initiatives are complete, on-time, and executed with a high degree of accuracy and effectiveness.

What you will do:

  • Support the operations of the CRM channel working with marketing managers to create email campaigns, newsletters, and automated programs through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create and execute push notifications as another means of communication to our customers
  • Build, test, and deploy complex email campaigns that include a combination of A/B tests, audience splits, and dynamic personalization. Enhance existing HTML for mobile-responsive emails via HTML, CSS and AmpScript.
  • Create complex segmentation lists using SQL logic and queries in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform QA tests to ensure links, images, subject lines, and segmentation lists function properly and email renders accurately across various email clients using Everest by Validity
  • Monitor email performance and strategize new ways to increase engagement through messaging and design
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 2 years email marketing experience preferred
  • Advanced understanding and practical application of email marketing platforms. Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with HTML, SQL and AmpScript
  • Extremely detail-orientet, but still able to see the big picture

What you will be doing in the role of a Senior QA Analyst

Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst performs testing activities of all the systems and applications within the Komen Platform & Engineering department, including vendor shared service platforms. Participates in all phases of SDLC, from Requirement analysis to Deployment/Maintenance. You will support testing needs for the Komen Health Cloud and other innovative Komen Mission products. As a Sr. QA Analyst, you will work hands-on to introduce, maintain, and execute testing methods & techniques, ensure there is comprehensive ongoing automation efforts with total focus on product quality and regulatory compliance.

The right individual will be a proactive, self-starter who will work closely with the entire project team to review the overall functional and non-functional requirements, while keeping a user’s perspective in mind. Activities in this role will include analyzing non-functional requirements and technical designs, translating functional requirements into test cases, and identifying defects and driving them to resolution. Ideally, you will possess a drive for thinking creatively to resolve complex problems and enjoy contributing to solutions regardless of their functional role within a project team. Great attention to detail is a must along with a high degree of passion for testing software.

The candidate will be required to collaborate with partners, internal teams and business leaders alike to create strategically sound target state architecture & solutioning documents with emphasis on organization-wide reuse and convergence.

What you will bring to the table

  • Work in Agile based projects and participate in all agile ceremonies.
  • Work closely with Business teams and development to understand business requirements and technical specifications.

  • Organize, plan, and report with accuracy on the progress of testing as well as the readiness to deploy via Test Management tool.
  • Demo the functionality to Business, Architects and Project management team.
  • Recommend improvements to both product and QA process.

Description:
This position will work in FHI 360’s West Africa/Middle East Regional Office (WAMERO), supporting the Anglophone West Africa portfolio. WAMERO provides a country-centered approach to its partner countries by utilizing an expanded team of enterprise services establishing both the operating platform and shared services that support project implementation. The team is comprised of experts who provide programmatic, financial, human resource, information technology and contractual strategic leadership in the geographic area of intervention. WAMERO is responsible for strategic planning at the country level, is accountable for bilateral programs and manages the platform for global programs in focus countries. The Senior Program Officer position will support bilateral projects, as well as provide inputs to the platform for activities managed by the WAMERO Anglophone team across a portfolio that includes Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Yemen, among others.

Job Summary:
The SPO will support all aspects of backstopping a large consortium, including donor deliverables, internal and external communication, follow up and quality control on consortium partner reporting. Strong collaboration within the Consortium Coordination Unit to ensure the management of internal controls and compliance with financial procedures by all partners.

Implements projects of higher complexity. Ensures project activities are on track with work plans and with technical expertise informing project implementation. Gathers information to assist the project with multifaceted and complicated activities. Ensures compliance with internal and external regulations. Pay Equity and Benefits:
The expected hiring salary range for this role is listed below. FHI 360 pay ranges represent national averages that vary by geographic location. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, business sector, and budget.

Base salary is only one component of our offer. FHI 360 contributes 12% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan account. Additionally, all US based staff working full-time, which is calculated at 40 hours/week, receive 18 days of paid vacation per year, 12 sick days per year, and 11 holidays per year. Paid time off is reduced pro rata for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

Hiring Salary Range: $70,000 – $93,000
