Position Summary
As part of the web team, the Web Product Manager will play a key part in building a connected web infrastructure and owning the Marketing stakeholder relationship. Your scope will be, but not limited to, athenahealth.com, epocrates.com and all other associated marketing web properties. You will partner with the Marketing web content team and ensure that our product and development team drive their success. You will be singularly responsible for the quality of the software that we deliver and ensure that scope and deadlines are committed to, communicated, and met.


Responsibilities

  • Lead our execution scrum team to ensure scope and deadlines are defined, and communicated
  • Managing and prioritizing the teams work to meet project milestones and deliverable dates
  • Manage the web product backlog
  • Manage our resource allocation against initiatives
  • Drive business requirements through lifecycle of the product
  • Provide recommendations on web design and layout to continuously strive towards stakeholder goals
  • Build out content management self-service capabilities and be responsible for the coordination and communication of training
  • Evaluate scrum team workflow processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders; understand the business challenges and help advise on key decisions; make recommendations on build vs buy
  • Triage all incoming requests and remove obstacles for effective and efficient product delivery
  • Manage a portfolio of internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, IT partners)
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders across athena
  • Contribute to platform optimization decisions
  • Contribute to the development of our product management team by lending your knowledge and experience to teach others


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of product management experience; 5+ years of web experience
  • 2+ years working with stakeholders in a business environment, working across cross-functional groups
  • 2+ years of experience using CMS
  • Understanding of websites and their role in the digital marketing ecosystem
  • Domain Name management (registrars and DNS)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task while driving results
  • Experience working within agile methodologies preferred
  • Healthcare background a plus
  • Familiarity with the following technologies:
    • CMS Applications e.g., Drupal
    • Personalization applications e.g., Salesforce Personalization Cloud, Adobe Target

Position Summary

As part of the Professional Services, Practice Delivery team, the Software Implementation Consultant, Pharmacy will act as the principal liaison with the customer to implement best practices to drive optimized business outcomes for the customer within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. The Consultant will be diligent, customer focused, agile, transparent and a strong communicator. This individual will build relationships with our customers to become the trusted advisor and counsel them on our solutions and recommended business practices. The successful candidate will lead an in-depth analysis of the customers’ desired business process, operations and practices and provides recommendation for solution configuration and enhanced business practices. The applicant should expect up to travel up to 50% on site travel to customer sites and regional meetings anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

The Software Implementation Consultant will report to the Practice Manager, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Principal implementation liaison on the project team translating and documenting customer expectations, business processes and goals to ensure implementation success
  • Lead a detailed business discovery and develop recommendations to execute a delivery approach that will drive outcomes and value
  • Establish and maintain strong successful customer relationships by utilizing excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, build strong partnerships to develop implementation approaches that consider the impact to a customer’s business and daily workflows
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including configuration and training specialists, to create and execute implementation plans that are on-time and with the highest quality to support customer satisfaction
  • In collaboration with the project team, proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines and delays to ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful implementation
  • Lead, influence, advise and support customer change management strategies, including the plans for user readiness and acceptance.
  • Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings
  • Develop and maintain expertise and knowledge in multiple product offerings, including the knowledge of the end-to-end solution and product value outcomes
  • When needed, travel to customer on-site locations to lead and direct meetings and presentations

Required Experience

  • Post-secondary education in a technology related field, preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
  • Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and developing and delivering recommendations to drive enhanced business value and outcomes
  • Experience working on a multi resource project team balancing milestones and objectives efficiently and on time
  • Proven ability to take accountability for a project, demonstrating initiative, and delivering on commitments to ensure customer objectives are met
  • The ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solution value
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, prioritize to deliver on time and adapt priorities and a flexible approach to sharing client insights
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced, complex team environment

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $86,600 – $192,300. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

About This Role
